Use Magical Hats to flip Beast King Barbaros face-down. If Beast King Barbaros survives the battle phase then you can Flip Summon him with his full attack.

Temporary Banishing

Temporarily banish Beast King Barbaros using Dimensionhole, Dimension Gate, Different Dimension Gate, or Interdimensional Matter Transport. He will then return with his full 3000 attack.

In case you want to use Beast King Barbaros’ field wipe effect here are some cards that can help. Trojan Horse and The First Monarch can be treated as 2 tributes reducing the overall cost of summoning Beast King Barbaros. I’m going to try using this card in a fabled deck. It’s really easy to special summon enough monsters in one turn to get this card on the field and then to OTK your opponent using any other monster with higher than 1000 attack (assuming you go second).

It depends. Many of them need 2 or more non-Tuners. But there are some that would work with this card.

The level stays at 8, so I don't see this card as being that useful for Synchro Summon.

There are some nice Level 9 to 11 Synchros that only need 1 Tuner and 1 Non-Tuner.

This card + World Legacy Clash. Reduce opponent's monster ATK by 3000 as well as bring back this card's original ATK

As long as you can keep 3 monsters up, but I agree. Definitely strong nuke potential with high damage follow up for decks that can spam monsters.
