Evaluation

Rating6.5/10

Pros

  • Helps you to get rid of difficult obstacles off of the field, such as Rocket Warrior.

Cons

  • Requires you to banish your own monster too.

Tips

  • Mostly useful if you have more than 1 monsters, or can summon multiple monsters like Bubonic Vermin.
  • Good in banished decks since you can return them back to your field using other cards.

Isn't the girl in the picture the one who fought Dai Grepher?

Yes, there's even an entire storyline about it, although Dai Grepher still has a bigger storyline.

Ugh got caught on the bad wording of this card. It should’ve just said target 1 monster on each side of the field instead of activating the card by doing so. “Activate” made me think that you could set in on the field and choose when to activate the effects. Lost a game because of the poor wording.

No, you lost a game because you didn't think straight. It's no quickplay nor trap.. what did you expect? And why set this card in the first place.. keep it in your hand mate.

Not poor wording, just a poor player. DDG is a Continuous Spell, which means it can't be activated on your opponent's turn, like all Spell cards that aren't Quick-Play. Your lack of knowledge isn't the game's fault, or the wording's fault. It's yours.

When the f did I say I was trying to activate it on my opponent's turn? From the wording it's not unreasonable to think that you can activate whenever you want on YOUR OWN turn.

do you really think you can chain with a continuous spell?

Pros: Helps you to get rid of difficult obstacles off of the field, such as Rocket Warrior.

What? Never seen Rocket Warrior had been used by anyone, much less being called difficult obstacle. Am I missing some sort of reverence here? I can understand if it said Beaver Warrior, but Rocket Warrior?

This card is pretty good if combined with Gravelstorm, basically banish your opponents strong monsters and bounce this card back to your hand. The banished monsters will stay banished this way.

If you don't have Order to Charge, it's a substitute. Decent on a Ritual deck, as it also makes the field smaller, less things to defense block you. Can work with monsters that attack twice, or along with Unhappy Girl. Also, seems solid with Simorgh, Bird of Divinity.

Weakness is magic removal, but not so bad it's unplayable.

This spell works on TOKENS too. This is good to eliminate high atk monsters as well. lol

What happens if you bring it back to hand, say, with the effect of tornado bird?

Very simple: nothing will happen, the monsters stay banished
