Activate this card by targeting 1 monster on each side of the field; banish those targets. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: Return those banished monsters to the field in the same battle positions they were in.
Ugh got caught on the bad wording of this card. It should’ve just said target 1 monster on each side of the field instead of activating the card by doing so. “Activate” made me think that you could set in on the field and choose when to activate the effects. Lost a game because of the poor wording.
Not poor wording, just a poor player. DDG is a Continuous Spell, which means it can't be activated on your opponent's turn, like all Spell cards that aren't Quick-Play. Your lack of knowledge isn't the game's fault, or the wording's fault. It's yours.
When the f did I say I was trying to activate it on my opponent's turn? From the wording it's not unreasonable to think that you can activate whenever you want on YOUR OWN turn.
Pros: Helps you to get rid of difficult obstacles off of the field, such as Rocket Warrior.
What? Never seen Rocket Warrior had been used by anyone, much less being called difficult obstacle. Am I missing some sort of reverence here? I can understand if it said Beaver Warrior, but Rocket Warrior?
If you don't have Order to Charge, it's a substitute. Decent on a Ritual deck, as it also makes the field smaller, less things to defense block you. Can work with monsters that attack twice, or along with Unhappy Girl. Also, seems solid with Simorgh, Bird of Divinity.
Weakness is magic removal, but not so bad it's unplayable.
