During your opponent's Battle Phase: Choose 2 Spell/Trap Cards from your Deck and 1 monster you control. Special Summon them as Normal Monsters (ATK 0/DEF 0) in face-down Defense Position, Set the chosen monster if it is face-up, and shuffle them on the field. The 2 cards chosen from your Deck are destroyed at the end of the Battle Phase, and cannot remain on the field except during this Battle Phase.

Evaluation

Not enough reliable to defend your monster from being defeated. However can be one of cards for a combo since the effect sending trap/spell cards from your deck to the graveyard is unique.

a tip: If you are ever gonna discard, use the ones you get from the LD, those shitties like tea drops or some of the ones you know you can replace easily

This card is sooo good.
It combos with wild tornado
It combos with dark coffin (or bluff trap)
It combos with security orb
And it may even save your monster.

security orb must be destoyed by your OPONENT efect, not yours, but it works with the other cards mentioned

I had same problem just now actually and is why I am here. I had just tribute summoned a 2500 point monster and my opponent had stacked rising energy with an equip card to boost his monster by 2000 points in response to that. So I used magical hats to by myself s turn for where rising energy would wear off. He hits the wrong hat so I prepare to counter attack and gg I couldnt flip the monster so he died. #Feelsbadman

Did anyone had a problem where they use magical hats and next turn when you try to flip ,it doesnt fucking flip? I had a 2800 monster in def after using hats and he had a 2800 atk too we both uses rising energy surprisingly and I thought id hold on and get a lvl 4 monster next turn and sacrifice my 2.8k and attack for game. so we both 4300 after using the rising energy. I use hats ans he obvi hit the wrong one so I tried to flip it next turn AND IT DOESNT FUCKING FLIP and the monster was twin head thunder dragon that didn't flip ... He eventually won the duel and I did draw a lvl 4 monster afterwards. Holy fuck that pissed me off KONAMI IF UR READING FIX THIS GLITCH PLEASE
