Neos Alius is the strongest low-leveled LIGHT HERO monster in terms of ATK making him a good beater while also being a target for Mask Change. He is a Gemini monster which lets you use him as cost for Gemini Spark while on the field. While in the graveyard he acts as a Normal monster which lets you recover him with Hero Blast. And while in the deck he acts as an Effect monster which lets you use him as fusion material with Neos Fusion to make Brave Neos. Overall making him a very versatile card in this deck. Gemini Summon Neos Alius to make Neos Alius act as Neos and get a boost from Neo Space, if you plan to use him as a beater or just want to expend your Normal Summon.

Gemini Spark is a good control card to disrupt your opponent's board by removing problematic cards like Fiendish Chain, Magician's Circle and Necrovalley.

Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck that lists exactly 2 monsters as material, including “Elemental HERO Neos”, by sending those monsters from your hand, Deck, or field, ignoring its Summoning conditions. For the rest of this turn after this card resolves, you cannot Special Summon monsters. If a Fusion Monster(s) you control that lists “Elemental HERO Neos” as material would be destroyed by battle or card effect, or shuffled into the Extra Deck by its own effect, you can banish this card from your GY instead.

You can search your first copy of Neos Fusion by summoning Keeper of Dragon Magic. Then on your next turn, Keeper of Dragon Magic can revive the Neos you used as Fusion Material. Lunalight Crimson Fox is a good fusion material to use when summoning Brave Neos, to 0 the ATK of an enemy monster. Use this to make sure Brave Neos has a monster to run over and search your second copy of Neos Fusion.

Brave Neos lets you search your second copy of Neos Fusion after destroying an opponent's monster by battle. After searching all your copies of Neos Fusion, Brave Neos just becomes a big beater.

This deck is quite efficient at getting Neos and Neos Alius into the graveyard. Hero Blast allows you to recover them while also removing an opponent's monster from the field.

In most cases, if your opponent has a 1900+ ATK monster, then this only works if you recover Neos. Anything lower can be destroyed by Alius. There are several cards in the deck that can lower your opponent's monster's ATK to make it easier for Blast to destroy.

Hero Blast to recover Neos Alius and then summoning him to tribute with Gemini Spark is a good combo to remove multiple cards from your opponent's field while maintaining your resources.

You can reveal 1 Fusion Monster in your Extra Deck; Special Summon 1 of the Fusion Materials whose name is specifically listed on that monster from your GY, in face-down Defense Position. You can only use each effect of "Keeper of Dragon Magic" once per turn. You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck, except Fusion Monsters, the turn you activate either of this card's effects.

Searcher for Neos Fusion so you can bring out Brave Neos. It's a limited to 3 card, which is the same as the Neos Fusion. You can switch around the number of copies of this to have a better consistency.

Having 2 Neos Fusion will let you protect the Brave Neos 2 times. You can use Keeper's effect to discard the Neos Fusion in your hand to search for the one in the deck to have both of them in the grave.

After you use Neos Fusion, you'll be able to special summon the Neos that's in the grave with Keeper's effect on the next turn.

Searchable with Keeper's effect, this lets you sue the monsters in the field/grave to summon Gaia or The Shining.

Keep in mind that this will banish the used materials and the only way to recover banished cards is from The Shining's effect only, so be careful if you only bring 1 copy of cards like Stratos.

During either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated that targets a "Lunalight" monster(s) you control: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; negate the activation, and if you do, both players gain 1000 LP.

Mainly to be used as part of the fusion material when you use Neos Fusion. You'll be able to target your opponent's monster and set its ATK to 0, allowing you to get over just about any monster as long as they can be targeted.

Setting your opponent's monster's ATK to 0 pretty much means that HERO Blast will be able to destroy the affected monster.

To help special summon any HERO monster from your hand or grave. You'll be able to re-use Stratos' effect to search for a monster or bring it out once you already have a HERO on the field to have a spell/trap destroying effect.

When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: You can target up to 2 of your banished "Elemental HERO" monsters; add those targets to your hand.

Since the only way to banish Elemental HERO monsters is through Miracle Fusion, this will at least have 3200 ATK when summoned. This is also the only way to recover banished cards, so it's worth keeping in mind in case your monsters get hit with something like Karma Cut.

Essentially ensures that you'll be able to get over any monster, as long as they can be targeted and in attack position.

If your opponent has a 3600+ ATK monster on their field, Gaia can become 4000 ATK. If you have Neos Fusion, you'll be able to follow it up with Neos Fusion to send Lunalight Crimson Fox from the deck to the grave. Setting your opponent's monster's ATK to 0 so you can OTK.

Reducing your opponent's ATK also means that HERO Blast has a better chance of being able to destroy your opponent's monster.

Can also OTK your opponent if you have Neos Fusion, but your opponent needs to have at least a 3000+ ATK monster on their field.

A decent monster removal effect, even if it's temporary. This helps you deal direct damage if your opponent only has 1 monster, which is essentially going to be an OTK if you have Neos Fusion as well.

A simple 2 for 1 card removal. Use its effect to destroy itself and destroy a spell/trap your opponent controls so you can more safely make other plays.

Worth bringing if you have Mask Change in the deck and depends on how many Stratos are in the deck. Its effect to reduce your opponent's monster's ATK makes it easier to get over them, or for HERO Blast to destroy. The quick effect is also pretty handy if you get first turn to prevent getting hit with a dangerous spell/trap.

Must be Special Summoned with "Mask Change" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card gains 500 ATK for each monster your opponent controls. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can banish 1 "HERO" monster from your Graveyard, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; that target loses ATK equal to the ATK of the monster banished to activate this effect, until the end of this turn.

Neos Alius would be your usual target for for Mask Change. This puts Neos Alius in the graveyard to use as cost for Koga's debuff effect. Mask Change can target any of your LIGHT HERO monsters when your opponent targets him with an effect, you can tag Koga into another copy of itself to dodge targeting.

Koga can use his debuff effect during your opponent's turn, which usually prevents your opponent from attacking you at all before they remove Koga. Koga can also be used offensively by banishing the Neos Alius you used as Mask Change's cost. For a larger debuff, use Koga's effect to banish a Brave Neos or a Neos put in your graveyard with Neos Fusion. If Brave Neos is in your graveyard, he would be the best to use as cost because you have no way of retrieving him.

Lets you bring out certain powerful extra deck HERO monsters but is heavily dependent on the element of the monster that you have on the field. Most of them are also UR monsters, which can make it a lot more expensive to build compared to using generic rank 4s.

With blazeman you want to get neos into the grave.
With birthright and oversoul you want to summon him out of the grave.

Dont ancient rules and blue dragon summoner conflict with that?

Just use Gaia the Swift Knight. If the enemy didn't know anything, you could just mill the Necroshade into the GY easily and have Swift ready to be summoned into the field.

So I’ve been playing e-heroes all season, and I gotta say I still like “Where the Heroes Dwell” with Mirror Wall. Maybe it’s just preference but Skyscraper just feels like a better “Beatdown”.

Because it's the rule that whenever a structure deck appears, you can only buy it with gems once. After that, you need to spend $$$ on it.
