Must be Special Summoned with "Mask Change" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card gains 500 ATK for each monster your opponent controls. Target a LIGHT attribute HERO monster with Masked Change to Special Summon Koga. Elemental HERO Neos Alius is a good target, and Elemental HERO Voltic can also be run in the deck to recover banished monsters.
Form Change can let you tag out a level-8 HERO Fusion monster into Koga. This includes many good monsters such as Elemental HERO Great Tornado and Vision HERO Adoration.
Both Change cards are Quick-Play Spells, allowing you to also use them during your opponent’s turn and during your Battle Phase. During your Battle Phase, you can battle with the monster already on your field then Change into Koga, good to combo with Masked HERO Anki who searches Change cards.
Use Elemental HERO Blazeman’s effect to send Elemental HERO Neos to the graveyard and copy his attribute and set up a powerful HERO in your graveyard. Target Blazeman with Mask Change to make Koga and banish Neos to debuff an opponent’s monster.
Banishing monsters for Koga’s effect cost lets you power up an Elemental HERO The Shining you control. Parallel World Fusion can use your banished monsters as fusion material.
Can be equipped to any high-level HERO to give them a significant ATK boost and protection from targeting effects. The Field Spell search allows you to activate something like Necrovalley from your deck. This will prevent you from debuffing enemy monsters with Koga but with the ATK boost of Favorite Hero, Koga would be especially hard to run over.
Use Ojama Go! or Ojama Overflow to fill your opponent's field with tokens and bring Koga's ATK to 4000.
