Skill Details

Play 1 "Elemental HERO" monster in ATK position from your deck that equal or lower than the total of battle or effect damage that you take in the duel. This Skill can only be used once per duel.

You need to summon Bubbleman with its own effect to draw 2 cards.

.....Also why the hell you are using terrible crap like Bubbleman in the first place

...Bubbleman doesn't need to Summon itself to get the draw.

However, Skills don't usually Summon monsters, and this one is no different. It places a monster on the field, which is different. (Skills have weird interactions with things anyway, though, so even if it did Summon it, it likely still wouldn't trigger.)

Yep, Bubbleman + This is NOT working. This skill does NOT summon.

Doesn't seem that great. To bring out Neos you'd have to take a lot of damage. And other E-HEROes are not that great in that deck.

Not really immediate and it only thins the deck by one card

Interestingly, there's no restriction whatsoever on the Elemental Hero you are summoning (other than it must be from the Main Deck), so if you take 2600 or more damage, you can bring Bladedge out.

To note; it allows you to PLAY the card not SUMMON the card; meaning this gets Elemental HERO Poison Rose WITHOUT the spell card and monster :) not great ability BUT this will allow Elemental HERO Neo Bubbleman to be summoned. the best card to use this for IF WE EVER GET IT is Elemental HERO Honest Neos. lets just be honest with ourselfs ;)
