Must be Special Summoned with "Mask Change" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; its ATK becomes half its current ATK. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can pay 500 LP, then target 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls; return it to the hand.

Cons

Requires a specific Spell Card to summon.
Attack halving effect only occurs upon Special Summoning.

Tips

Summoning

Masked HERO Blast requires you to use Mask Change for his summoning, you must also tribute a WIND attribute HERO monster. Currently, the only qualified main deck monster is Elemental HERO Avian.

Alternatively, you can use Form Change on a level-6 HERO Fusion monster but this is much more expensive.

Possible, but also doubtful. 1. The card is not OP, so there's no reason to for it to remain at one. 2. The card isn't strictly necessary for any specific builds and is rarely ever used in mask change hero decks anyway, so there isn't any dire need for them to make multiple copies available.

To be fair, the only reason nobody (not even in real life) ever used this card (or Masked Hero Divine Wind), is because nobody wants to play Avian.

Now that Stratos is released, HERO players in real life can now add Blast or Divine Wind into their list of options, but since Stratos is not available yet for players in DL, Blast will likely remain irrelevant for a long time.

Startos was actually available, however it was only through the selection box much like Dian and Solid soldier.

Dark Law is obviously better
but WE WILL NEVER GET HIM
So Anki is the best as far as duel links goes

IMO Masked Hero Acid is probably the best masked hero for Duel Links, but I don't think we will get him, his effect is way to strong

Yea, with Bubbleman’s easy special summoning condition plus Acid’s effect- it would be pretty busted

Except you could always run a non-Hero Wind monster for Tornado, you can’t for Blast
