It can't be helped.
Destiny Draw is the best skill, played by the best character :D

Remove this 🔥 completely from the game.
I was on a winning strike my Kog rank up match up.
Opponent was losing the game and had only a Kiteroid in his hand.
I couldn't finish him off in one turn.
On the next turn, he chooses a 1 card combo that completely changes the situation on the table and I lose.
After that I went down to legend 1 (bad draws and etc)

This skill is extremely unfair with so many hand traps that exist in the game.
Add some background removal, Utopia and Utopia Ray and you have second EZ wincoin in every deck

It's impossible to play around this skill.
You don't know how many hand traps your opponent has.
The f2cker will allow you to hit himself exactly as much as he needs to activate this f2cking skill and further kiteroid, kiteroid, Utopia, Utopia Ray, OTK

You know, the utopia damage part can always be avoided by using Kuriboh hand trap.
I'm surprised not everyone use hand trap in this OTK meta.

Sounds like a toxic strategy for the game. Disney Draw is the problem, not how the opponent builds their deck.

They should change this skill to taking 2000 points of battle damage instead being 2000 points down too many players just paying life points to activate this skill you can have a dead hand and with this skill you can turn everything around pretty whack if you need this skill to win the duel means your deck is crap

I like the 'you endphase you lose' nerf but it would do very little to nerf the skill, because normally people win after they are using the skill.

I would suggest changing the activation nerf to can only be used when you have no monsters on the field while your opponent has.
So the pinch factor is really applied (no more baiting with Boxer Veil!!)

actually, forcing you to control a normal monster also prevents Boxer Veil baiting since, well, Boxer Veil is an effect monster.

I am pretty sure this skill will be hit in the next banlist. Atm, most good generic skills have neen nerfed. As a result, this slill is randomly used in almost any deck that doesnt need/have a skill:
Firekings, lunalights, thunder dragons, etc etc all run this skill. I know, most players can play around it, but do you think is fair giving your opponent free turns just because of this skill? Imo should make this skill be effective bellow 1000 lp and only if your lp are still bellow 1000 when you activate it (thus no batlin boxer, darklord sanctuary etc).

No doubt this is the best generic skill of all. This cheat won me more duels than any other useless skill in the game. If destiny draw cannot win you a duel then nothing else can.

people who advise not to inflict more than 1900 hit points per turn to not trigger Destiny draw, are you live in a different reality? passing the turn to your opponent in this game may mean a loss. It is OTK or be OTKed

They probably only run 1500atk monsters thus being able to "pOkE".
They are probably new players, as you said otk or get otk, passing turn is the worst thing you can do in any single card game, your opponent can just set toggle to OFF and mask their handtraps then just switch it to ON once the attack is already declared

LOL, there is no room for Celtic Guardian in my Dark Magician deck. Never.
