They should change this skill to taking 2000 points of battle damage instead being 2000 points down too many players just paying life points to activate this skill you can have a dead hand and with this skill you can turn everything around pretty whack if you need this skill to win the duel means your deck is crap
IMO, the nerf for this Skill should be something like this:
Can be used only if you took damage that caused your LP to become 1000 or lower, and you control a face-up Normal Monster. In your next Draw Phase, instead of conducting a normal draw, draw a card of your choice from your deck. At the end of the turn this skill is activated, you lose the Duel.
No need for once per duel restriction anymore since you have to win before the end of the turn.
The Normal Monster requirement is because Yugi ran a lot of those back then.
And the last bit is because Yugi in the anime usually won on the turn he used his Destiny Draw, so if you do it too and can't win on the same turn like Yugi, then you deserve to lose.
I like the 'you endphase you lose' nerf but it would do very little to nerf the skill, because normally people win after they are using the skill.
I would suggest changing the activation nerf to can only be used when you have no monsters on the field while your opponent has.
So the pinch factor is really applied (no more baiting with Boxer Veil!!)
