Parasite Infestation: deck recipe

Typical 🔥 in every game, Call Of Duty has camping, CSGO has Russians, but it's whatever, for everyone who rage quits playing against this deck (and no I don't use this deck for pieces of 🔥) it's not worth it, just stall and waste as much time as you can, at least this way you can sort of bother the 🔥ous people who like to use this kind of deck

just started this game 3 weeks ago. this is literally the most fun deck i've played so far. lol. so many rage quit from my opponent.
i have only 1 kuriboh, one mask, 1 jade insect, and 1 cocoon but only lost one so far by daedalus.

is there a way to plug in an eradicating arrisal in this deck?

I'm seeing alot of the Mephist Infernal General variants online. Pretty nasty deck. Not sure if that 5-star bully is just a tech but that hand control from the piercing dmg discard is savage.

Lately, I've seen a lot of this deck in the KC Cup, so this post is my public service for the day, in hopes people will learn how to beat this deck. I want to see people stop playing it. Welcome to the top 5 cards/strategies for beating the Parasite Burn Deck.

#5 is 4-Stared Ladybug of Doom. Obviously, the most annoying part about this deck is how it plays Jade Insect Whistle to take away your draw and Burn you significantly. Ladybug isn't very strong against this deck, but putting it on top will delay the burning at least.

#4 De-Spell. This deck uses 3 Mask of the Accursed to freeze any monster it doesn't like, and burn at the same time. If this deck is a problem, consider De-Spell in addition to the Twisters likely in your deck already.

#3 Trap Jammer. Whether it's Windstorm of Etaqua, Blast Held by a Tribute, or Mirror Wall, this card stops them all.

#4 Reverse Trap. Often, the Burn player will wait for you to fill your Monster Zones, and then Summon Gyaku-Gire Panda to ATK Parasite Paracide for even more damage. Reverse Trap, in addition to Mirror Wall, can make the hit easier to bear, and you will get rid of that worthless insect in the process.

#5 Play more than 20 cards. The Parasite deck thrives off its opponent consistently drawing Paracide from their deck. An obvious counter is to make that less consistent via a larger deck. This isn't as bad as it might seem, provided you have enough powerful staples to fill the void spots, and can buy you time to beat them down before drawing the Parasite.


Those are my experiences; feel free to add your own ideas on beating this deck, because I really hate it.

There is a bug with Bandit Keith his skill, if he pulls your parasite with switcheroo it becomes his parasite. So the effect is negated..

I have a pretty easy time against Rex, Mako, Mai and Relinquished decks, but I always struggle against variations of this one (the one in the post is a pretty outdated version, actually).

Dont play Jade Insect Whistle. Its useless if ur Opponent has Insect cards in his Deck except parasite paracide. I made the experience and the Card was always useless for me.

The other day a guy put 2 Parasite Paracide in my deck with Parasite Infestation skill. But according to this wiki you can only get 1 copy of the card. So Weevil's skill put a random number of Parasite Paracide into foe's deck regardless of how many copies of the card you have?
