This is a ritual-based deck where the main boss is Demise, a monster with an effect that can destroy all cards on the field. Together with Ruin, a high stats monster with a double attack, the deck has good OTK potential and plays pretty quickly.
[Skill] description | User |
---|---|
Master of Rites Can be used each time your Life Points decrease by 1000. This Skill can only be used twice per Duel. Return 1 card from your hand to your Deck and choose 1 of the following: • Add random Ritual Monster to your hand from your deck. • Add random Ritual Spell Card to your hand from your deck. | Maximillion Pegasus |
Demise, Supreme King of Armageddon | DARK Fiend ★10 ATK 3000 / DEF 3000 |
Maximum Gustav [SR] | |
You can Ritual Summon this card with "Cycle of the World". This card's name becomes "Demise, King of Armageddon" while in the hand or on the field. While this Ritual Summoned card is on the field, your Ritual Monsters cannot be destroyed by battle. If all monsters used to Ritual Summon this card were Ritual Monsters, you do not pay LP to activate its effects. Once per turn: You can pay 2000 LP; destroy as many other cards on the field as possible, and if you do, inflict 200 damage to your opponent for each destroyed card they controlled. |
Essentially a stronger version of the level 8 Demise. It has higher ATK/DEF and a shared effect to prevent battle destruction for the ritual monsters on the field. The main benefit of this card is that it can wipe your opponent's board with no LP cost, but only if this is ritual summoned with ritual monsters.
Since it's a level 10, this pretty much needs to use another Supreme ritual monster for the sacrifice. The other way is to use the level 8 Demise with "Breaking of the World" (the field spell) to make it into level 10. Level 8 Demise with Senju/Manju won't give the costless LP effect, but it's at least a way to ritual summon this.
If Supreme Ruin is on the field, you'll be able to use Supreme Demise's effect without destroying Ruin because of her shared effect to protect ritual monsters from card destruction. With both Supreme Demise and Ruin on the field, your ritual monsters can't be destroyed by battle and card effects, but not protected from targeting makes them far from a "safe" monster to stay on the field.
Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands | LIGHT Fairy ★4 ATK 1400 / DEF 1000 |
Maximum Gustav [SR] | |
When this card is Normal or Flip Summoned: You can add 1 Ritual Monster or 1 Ritual Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. |
To help get a ritual spell or monster from the deck. It also can be just used as a beater, ritual materials or rank 4 Xyz instead.
Djinn Cursenchanter of Rituals | DARK Fiend ★4 ATK 1700 / DEF 1000 |
Ranked Rewards [SR] | |
When you Ritual Summon a monster, you can banish this card from your Graveyard as 1 of the monsters required for the Ritual Summon. While the monster Ritual Summoned using this card is face-up on the field, Synchro Monsters' effects are negated. |
Good Supports for facing against Synchro Decks like Rose Dragon which is almost shut down this Deck.
Djinn Demolisher of Rituals | DARK Fiend ★3 ATK 1500 / DEF 600 |
PvP Duel: Turbo Duel Grand Prix [SR] Duelist Chronicles GX: Society of Light [SR] Tabletop RPG: Monster World Event [SR] New Week Campaign! [SR] | |
When you Ritual Summon a monster, you can banish this card from your Graveyard as 1 of the monsters required for the Ritual Summon. If a player Ritual Summons using this card, that Ritual Summoned monster cannot be targeted by the card effects of the other player. |
Demolisher has the added benefit of giving the summoned Ritual monster protection from enemy targeting effects; which is good because targeting effects are quite common. Since there are plenty of dangerous spells/traps like Karma Cut or Book of Moon which will be pretty devastating if you get hit with.
Therefore, making your monsters untargetable gives them a high level of protection, allowing you to keep buffing them up with Idaten knowing that they will be much harder to take down. Being a level 3 + usable in the grave is definitely an added bonus.
Sphere Kuriboh | DARK Fiend ★1 ATK 300 / DEF 200 |
The Ultimate Rising [UR] Selection Box Vol. 01 [UR] Special Set Bundle Sale [UR] | |
When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; change the attacking monster to Defense Position. When you Ritual Summon a monster, you can banish this card from your Graveyard as 1 of the monsters required for the Ritual Summon. |
Aside from its function as the defense/anti-OTK tech of this Deck, Sphere Kuriboh can also be used to help ritual summon Demise Ritual Monsters because of its level, effect, and attribute.
Cycle of the World | Ritual Spell |
Infernity Destruction [R] | |
This card is used to Ritual Summon "Ruin, Queen of Oblivion" or "Demise, King of Armageddon". You must also Tribute monsters from your field whose total Levels equal or exceed the Level of the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon. During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the GY: You can shuffle this card into the Deck; add 1 "End of the World" from your Deck to your hand, then, you can add 1 "Ruin, Queen of Oblivion" or "Demise, King of Armageddon" from your GY to your hand. |
Another Ritual Spell Techs for this Deck. Cycle of the World's second effect will helps you search out "End of the World" Ritual Spell and Demise, King of Armageddon from your Grave by recycling itself back to the Deck.
End of the World | Ritual Spell |
Infernity Destruction [N] | |
This card can be used to Ritual Summon "Ruin, Queen of Oblivion", or "Demise, King of Armageddon". You must also Tribute monsters from the field or your hand whose total Levels equal the Level of the Ritual Monster you are attempting to Ritual Summon. |
Simply a ritual spell to summon any of the ritual monsters in the deck. The Supreme versions have effects that treat their name as their level 8 counterpart when in hand and field, which is why this can still be used to ritual summon them.
If you need more ritual spells, you can consider cards like Contract with the Abyss or Sprite's Blessing, but they have more restrictions to them, and having more ritual spells can make the skill a little less reliable.
Turning of the World | Quick Spell |
Maximum Gustav [R] | |
This card is used to Ritual Summon "Ruin, Queen of Oblivion" or "Demise, King of Armageddon" from your hand or Deck. You must also Tribute Ritual Monsters from your hand whose total Levels equal or exceed the Level of the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon. You can only activate 1 "Turning of the World" per turn. |
Quick-play ritual spell so you can ritual summon during your opponent's turn. This can also ritual summon monsters from your deck, but since the Supreme ritual monsters' effects to change their name only works when in hand and field, this spell can only be used to ritual summon the deck the level 8 Demise (or Ruin if you bring her).
Breaking of the World | Field Spell |
Infernity Destruction [N] Maximum Gustav [N] | |
Once per turn: You can target 1 Ritual Monster you control; show 1 Ritual Monster in your hand, until the end of this turn. The Level of the shown Ritual Monster becomes the targeted monster's Level, until the end of this turn (even if this card leaves the field). Once per turn, if "Ruin, Queen of Oblivion" or "Demise, King of Armageddon" is Ritual Summoned to your field (except during the Damage Step): You can activate 1 of these effects; ● Draw 1 card. ● Destroy 1 card on the field. |
Having this on the field gives an additional effect whenever you ritual summon. The effect to change a ritual monster's level is useful if you have the level 8 Demise and you want to ritual summon the Supremes. It's more effective if you bring more of the level 8 Demise/Ruin, but it can end up bricking the deck.
Both Galaxy-Eyes Xyz monsters shared similar effect which has removal effect regardless monster or spell/trap. However, Full Armor Photon Dragon will only able to destroy Face-Up card whereas Cipher Blade does for either.
Both of these card can be Xyz Summon by using a "Galaxy-Eyes" Xyz Monster means that you can Xyz Summon directly onto Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon which will gives them max. 3 materials for activating their effect.
Galaxy-Eyes Full Armor Photon Dragon | LIGHT Dragon ★8 ATK 3000 / DEF 2500 |
Heart of Xyz [UR] | |
3 Level 8 monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Galaxy-Eyes" Xyz Monster you control as the Xyz Material, except "Galaxy-Eyes Full Armor Photon Dragon". (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Once per turn: You can target up to 2 Equip Cards equipped to this card; attach them to this card as Xyz Materials. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; destroy it. |
Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Blade Dragon | LIGHT Dragon ★9 ATK 3200 / DEF 2800 |
Heart of Xyz [SR] | |
3 Level 9 monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 8 "Galaxy-Eyes" Xyz Monster you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Cannot be used as an Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 card on the field; destroy it. If this Xyz Summoned card is destroyed by your opponent's attack or card effect and sent to your Graveyard: You can target 1 "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon" in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. |
Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe | EARTH Machine ★11 ATK 4000 / DEF 4000 |
Heart of Xyz [UR] | |
3 Level 11 monsters Once per turn, you can also Xyz Summon "Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Liebe" by using 1 Rank 10 Machine Xyz Monster you control as material. (Transfer its materials to this card.) Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card; it gains 2000 ATK/DEF, also for the rest of this turn, you can only declare an attack with this card. During each Battle Phase, this card can make attacks on monsters up to the number of materials it has +1. |
Summonable by using Rank 10 Xyz Machine monster, Skypalace Gangaridai. Juggernaut Liebe will have 6000 ATK stat by its effect with multiple attack to monsters that you opponent control if it has min 2. Xyz Materials. Note that additional attacks are only available when attacking monsters, and after defeat those monsters, you cannot attack directly.
Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Gustav Max | EARTH Machine ★10 ATK 3000 / DEF 3000 |
Master Pack [UR] Secret Pack: Dreadnought Advance [UR] | |
2 Level 10 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card; inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. |
Potentially helps as a finisher, but making this probably means you already have two Supremes on the field, which is often enough for an OTK without going into Gustav Max.
Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon | LIGHT Dragon ★8 ATK 3000 / DEF 2500 |
Phantom of Rebellion [UR] | |
2 Level 8 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; monsters you control cannot attack your opponent directly for the rest of this turn, except this card, also take control of the targeted monster until the End Phase, but while this effect is applied, it has its effects negated, its ATK becomes 3000, also its name becomes "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon". |
3000 ATK beater with an effect that lets you temporarily control your opponent's monster. Increasing the ATK to 3000 just means that you can choose a low ATK monster your opponent controls to help as a beater.
Its effect works best if your opponent has at least 2 monsters on the field. If your opponent has another 3000 ATK monster on the field, you can crash it with the one you took control of. If your opponent has another low ATK monster then you can potentially still OTK since the monster you took control of isn't attacking directly.
Number 70: Malevolent Sin | DARK Insect ★4 ATK 2400 / DEF 1200 |
Photons of Galaxy [SR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; banish it until your opponent's next Standby Phase. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card attacked: You can make this card gain 300 ATK, and if you do, increase its Rank by 3. |
Strong generic rank 4 that can help OTK if your opponent only has 1 monster on the field. Also effective when you use it on your opponent's Xyz since it will remove their Xyz materials too.
Ruin, Supreme Queen of Oblivion | LIGHT Fairy ★10 ATK 2900 / DEF 3000 |
Maximum Gustav [R] | |
You can Ritual Summon this card with "Cycle of the World". This card's name becomes "Ruin, Queen of Oblivion" while in the hand or on the field. While this Ritual Summoned card is on the field, Ritual Monsters you control cannot be destroyed by card effects. If all monsters used to Ritual Summon this card were Ritual Monsters, it can make a second attack during each Battle Phase. If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can inflict damage to your opponent equal to that destroyed monster's original ATK. |
High stats, protects your ritual monsters from card effect destruction, and can inflict some effect damage too. It has the added benefit of being able to attack twice if you summon with ritual monsters only, which is still a decent way to OTK if your opponent only has 1 monster.
Having this in the deck just makes it easier to help ritual summon Supreme Demise so the board wipe effect becomes costless.
Demise, King of Armageddon | DARK Fiend ★8 ATK 2400 / DEF 2000 |
Infernity Destruction [UR] | |
This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "End of the World". You can pay 2000 Life Points to destroy all cards on the field, except this card. |
Board wipe effect for 2000 LP. Since the deck doesn't use any LP increasing cards/skills, it's only going to be used once in a duel. After paying the LP cost, you'll be able to use the skill to switch a card in hand to become a ritual monster/spell.
This is still used in the deck since it can be ritual summoned from the deck with "Turning of the World", and it's still pretty good to summon when you can't bring out the Supreme ones, or at the very least, bringing this out can force your opponent's backrow before you make other plays.
Keep in mind that the deck also uses Cosmic Cyclone as the back row removals, which also needs LP. Using this effect will mean you can only use Cosmic Cyclone once as well, making the other 2 Cosmics in the deck become a dead card.
Both of these are essentially the same since they help with getting a ritual monster/spell from the deck. Both are level 4 that require normal summoning and can occasionally be used to make a rank 4. Keep in mind that using these to ritual summon a Supreme ritual monster won't give them the bonus effect.
Senju is used over Sonic Bird since the deck needs the ritual monsters more, and having Senju lets you search for a specific one. The skill can be used to help fetch a ritual spell. Even though it gives a random spell, it doesn't really matter in this deck since there are only 4 and all of them can be used to ritual summon any of the ritual monsters.
Senju of the Thousand Hands | LIGHT Fairy ★4 ATK 1400 / DEF 1000 |
Neo-Impact [UR] | |
When this card is Normal or Flip Summoned: You can add 1 Ritual Monster from your Deck to your hand. |
Sonic Bird | WIND Winged Beast ★4 ATK 1400 / DEF 1000 |
The Ultimate Rising [UR] Selection Box Vol. 01 [UR] Special Set Bundle Sale [UR] | |
When this card is Normal or Flip Summoned, you can add 1 Ritual Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. |
Cosmic Cyclone | Quick Spell |
Galactic Origin [UR] Selection Box Vol. 01 Mini [UR] | |
Pay 1000 LP, then target 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field; banish it. |
Useful backrow removal so you can more safely make your plays. The cost of 1000 LP can be considered a benefit in the deck since it will enable the skill to search for a ritual spell/monster.
Having this can also make the skill usable twice per turn by using it first, then using Cosmic to take another 1000 damage to enable the skill again.
Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon | DARK Dragon ★4 ATK 2500 / DEF 2000 |
Phantom of Rebellion [UR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; its ATK becomes half its current ATK, and if it does, this card gains that lost ATK. |
Lets you get over any monster through battle, as long as they can be targeted. The damage from the battle will always be 2500 if there aren't any other ATK changing cards used.
Abyss Dweller | WATER Sea Serpent ★4 ATK 1700 / DEF 1400 |
Photons of Galaxy [UR] Selection Box Vol.03 Mini [UR] [UR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters While this card has an Xyz Material attached that was originally WATER, all WATER monsters you control gain 500 ATK. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; any card effects that activate in your opponent's Graveyard cannot be activated this turn. |
Effective against decks that rely on effects that activate in the graveyard. Since there aren't any WATER attribute monsters in the deck, Abyss Dweller will only have 1700 ATK so it probably won't survive that long.
Fairy Cheer Girl | LIGHT Fairy ★4 ATK 1900 / DEF 1500 |
Tori Meadows [UR] | |
2 Level 4 Fairy-Type monsters You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Fairy Cheer Girl" once per turn. |
Has a draw effect and higher ATK than Senju/Manju. Better used if you really need more cards in hand or if you already have an advantage over your opponent. Otherwise, going into a rank 4 to deal with your opponent's card is often better.
Diamond Dire Wolf | EARTH Beast ★4 ATK 2000 / DEF 1200 |
Voltage of the Metal [SR] Selection Box Vol.03 Mini [SR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Beast, Beast-Warrior, or Winged Beast-Type monster you control and 1 other card on the field; destroy them. |
You can use this to destroy your opponent's backrow to lessen the odds of interruption before summoning the ritual monsters.
Noted By Yami Ninja:
Uses the mechanics of Metalfoes along with the Skill of Bakura, Masked of Advanced Rite to return a normal card and use material to summon the deck boss Demise, Supreme King of Armageddon with paying 2000 HP to destroy everything on the field.
