If Psi-Reflector is Normal or Special Summoned, you can add 1 "Assault Mode Activate" or 1 card that specifically lists it in its text from your Deck to your hand (except Psi-Reflector). You can simply Normal Summon this monster and search Assault Beast, or, since Psi-Reflector is Level 1, you can use Kinka-byo’s effect to Special Summon it from your Graveyard.
Once per turn, by revealing 1 "Assault Mode Activate" in your hand, Psi-Reflector allows you to target 1 monster in your GY that specifically lists the Trap Card in its text (except Psi-Reflector), Special Summon it and increase it's Level 1 by 1 to 4. Search Assault Beast, discard it to search “Assault Mode Activate”, Special Summon Assault Beast from your Graveyard via Psi-Reflector’s effect, Synchro Summon a Level 6, 7, 8 or 9 Synchro.
You can Special Summon Retaliating "C" from your hand in response to the activation of cards like Invocation, Neos Fusion, and Darklord Contact. If Retaliating "C" was Summoned via its own effect, while it’s face-up on the field, any card sent to the Graveyard is banished instead.
You are primarily going to use Retaliating “C” to permanently get rid of Aleister the Invoker, Kiteroid, Darklord Superbia, and other potentially problematic cards, but you can also recycle it as Synchro Material.
If it’s sent from the field to the Graveyard, Retaliating "C" allows you to add 1 EARTH Insect with 1500 or less ATK from your Deck to your hand. I added one copy of Krawler Spine to the Example Deck just to get some value from this effect.
Kinka-byo is used to recover: you can Normal Summon it, Special Summon Psi-Reflector from your Graveyard, search Assault Beast, discard Assault Beast to search Assault Mode Activate, reveal the Trap Card to Special Summon Assault Beast from your Graveyard, and finally Synchro Summon. Kinka-byo will return to your hand during the End Phase, ready to be Normal Summoned again on your next turn.
Spell Vanishing is an incredibly powerful Counter Trap that has the ability to negate the activation of a Spell Card and then get rid of all other copies of it present in your opponent’s hand or Deck. The activation cost is quite steep, requiring you to discard 2 cards, but Reflector Turbo is the kind of deck that can simply outweigh it with sheer value.
With no other Psychic monsters in the Deck, Cosmic Enlightenment can guarantee that you will draw Psi-Reflector during your Draw Phase. Obvious synergy with Cosmic Cyclone is obvious and quite fitting.
Draw Sense: DARK is used exactly like Cosmic Enlightenment, but it allows you to run Serene Psychic Witch. You do have to drop Kinka-byo if you intend to play this Skill.
Switcheroo allows you to shuffle Assault Mode Activate back into your Deck. Thanks to this Skill, you can even play only one copy of the Trap Card.
There is pretty much only one reason to play this Skill and that is Star Eater, a Level 11 Synchro that you would otherwise not have access to with Psi-Reflector alone.
