Tips

Unlike Armades, Keeper of Boundaries which has a similar effect, Star Eater does not outright prevent your opponent from activating cards but instead makes himself immune to effects. Your opponent can still activate cards to target their own monsters, etc.

Summoning

Normal Summon Debris Dragon and use his effect to revive a level-7 monster with 500 or less attack. You can then use both monsters to easily make Star Eater.

You can't really compare synchro monster with different level as they only summon able on certain deck....

Samurai destroyer can only activate its effect if it battles a monster if not it is weak to card effects this baits your opponent on waisting their card its even invulnerable to all mirror force cards its more useful in those areas but samurai destroys last effect makes it practically unkillable

If you are using red dragon archfiend structure deck, you can syncro summon it using psi reflector and assault red dragon archfiend. Effective during last blow.

I love it when my opponent gives my lava golem I can bring star eater out easily then but even without it my deck can easily summon the card regardless

Archifiend emperor

Does somebody knows why I can’t summon the star eater I have a resonator level 3 and the Archi fiend emperor level 8.
The special summon button doesn’t show

Archfiend Emperor's effect prevents the controller from special summoning any non-Fiend Type monster. Since Star Eater is a Dragon Type, you cannot summon it while Emperor is on the field.

Spread the knowledge: put this card in a deck with level 3 tuner, gets rid of Lava Golem. It joins Giganticastle, Vermillion and Deskbot Jet as the synchros that turn that horrible thing into your synchro monster with just 1 tuner.

You got your wish, we got Onimaru, a generic lv12 synchro that can be made with 2 monsters

If you use Unknown Synchron, this is a really spicy tech fora Darklord deck! You should have some copies if you got the new search spell for them too, and unknown synchron is a level up reward for an auto-unlock character.

You can also throw in some level 8/9/10s you have, but this is the main guy I always go for, since Star Eater is most useful in Darklords
