Potentially usable as a comeback card, or to just be an extra level 4 monster on the field that you can more easily special summon with the skill, but this won't activate Bubbleman's effect.

It's the normal monster that's going to be special summoned with Rescue Rabbit.
Sparkman is used in the deck because it also has a small extra use with Jayden's skill that lets you special summon it from the deck. The handtraps and certain backrows can help you control damage taken to get a better chance of being able to use the skill.

Effective when your opponent only has 1 monster on the field, which will allow you to attack directly. Works well against Xyz monsters since banishing them will also remove their materials.

Since Bubbleman is WATER, this can become 2200 ATK. It's a decent turn 1 monster to Xyz if you think your opponent will use cards that activate in the grave.

Great as a pre-emptive card to prevent synchros or pendulum summoning. This can potentially make your opponent do a weaker play since they will have to play around the roach.
