A new legendary duelist, Vellian Crowler, will be coming to Duel Links! You must unlock Yu-Gi-Oh! GX world first to play the unlock event. This page is currently based on the last Crowler unlock event and will be updated.

How to play

Defeat/farm Vellian Crowler to gain event points! Once you get 300,000 points, Vellian Crowler will be unlocked as a playable character. You'll also have Gems, Jewels, Gold, and event exclusive rewards by earning points.

Homework

Finish homework (event missions) assigned by Dr. Crowler to earn event points!

EX Jewel

You'll get EX Jewels during the event. That item can be traded for event exclusive cards at Card Trader.

When you reach 300,000 points, Crowler will be available in GX world (Like LVL 50 duelists from past events). Beat the LVL 20 Crowler to unlock him.

Hey, am I the only one for whom it lists Ancient Gear Tank as an obtainable duel reward for Crowler? You can get one by level up, but this is incorrect.

I think lvl 50 appears after defeating lvl 40, but randomly. There is a mission to complete where it says "win against Crowler at lvl 50".

Going to GX world AND defeating him (who appeared in GX world, not through the gate) did the trick to me. If he is not available in GX world, battle Crwoley at the gate (any level should do) to trigger the dialogue scene

You need to beat him as each level to unlock the higher levels.
