A new legendary duelist, Vellian Crowler, will be coming to Duel Links! You must unlock Yu-Gi-Oh! GX world first to play the unlock event. This page is currently based on the last Crowler unlock event and will be updated.

How to play

Defeat/farm Vellian Crowler to gain event points! Once you get 300,000 points, Vellian Crowler will be unlocked as a playable character. You'll also have Gems, Jewels, Gold, and event exclusive rewards by earning points.

Homework

Finish homework (event missions) assigned by Dr. Crowler to earn event points!

EX Jewel

You'll get EX Jewels during the event. That item can be traded for event exclusive cards at Card Trader.

Hi. You seem stressed. May I help? Get a character with life boost beta(start with 5500 lp). Then run 3 cyber Stein.
Finally summon ojama king from extra deck on turn 1 or 2. You can the use remaining cards to farm. Since it's only 3 cyber steins, you have from 17-27 farm card choices while crowler or any other character just watches...and is unable to do anything.

lvl 50 is a myth. Konami screwed up and made lvl 50 no longer appear when you reach certain points. I never even saw a single lvl 50 during Paradox event, and nobody claims to saw it posted any proof of some sort

Paradox did have a lvl 50. It came out when they were in the duel world. Not gate. The player has to choose lvl 40 or 50. In lvl 40, their skill has labyrinth builder on the field and on lvl 50 they already have gate guardian on the field. Not sire about crowler though

^^Wrong. It was like that in the 1st event but its different since the last event as both option gave the same lvl to choose, only added a stupid additional challenge ala vagabond. Not a single lvl 50 appear during the whole event and I checked it pretty often. Also nobody who claims to met lvl 50 have proof of it so I called it BS

I just used Jaden with E-HEROs Lady Heat (200 per E-HERO on field at end turn) and Flame Wingman (= battle-destroyed monsters' attack)

For those who still don't know how to unlock crowler..
After reaching 300k event point go to GX world then duel him near duel quiz,lvl 20(i think..)after beating him..you will unlock him as playable LD..enjoy nanone..(SORRY BAD ENGLISH XD)

Same I got over 300,000 didnt unlock, but I just battled him when he appeared in gx Duel World lv20 (not in gate), and finally I unlocked him

You have to pass his tests in GX World, he appears at the first map pften. After you beat the Obelisk Blue Challenge (For me at least)

There is a mission for LV50 Crowler. When you beat him, you get EX Jewels. Wonder when we'll see it. Maybe next week, it will appear in Duel World as "hardest test we could ever see".

you have to beat lvl30, if its like previous events, your stage level wont matter. I remember playing lvl40 Bakura while i was in stage 8-9 or so.

Hmm,,, I've farmed 400k points so far, and I have yet to receive Crowler as a playable character. Is it after the event is over that I receive him? Or am I bugged?

You have to be in Gx world and Duel him to unlock him I unlocked him when I had about 1.1 Mio points
