The starting card to this deck's plays because it has a special summoning effect to help make an Xyz. The other monsters are level 4 or lower, so you'll be able to use this with any monster you get. You can search this with Gear Gigant X, Harvester, or Heavy Forward.
With any other level 4, you can already make Gear Gigant X, Malevolent Sin, or Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon. With Harvester, you can make M7 or Bounzer. If it's Magical Hound, then you can only make Zenmaioh.

Mainly to help search for Drill so you can make some plays. The effect of being able to switch battle position is useful if your monster gets Floodgated.
If you already have Drill, searching for Harvester lets you Xyz into rank 6 Xyz, while Trolley Olley lets you become a rank 4 or 8.
The effect of becoming a material for an Xyz isn't that useful since this only works for Zenmaioh or Gear Gigant X, which usually don't survive for long enough to ever need 3 uses of their effects.

A potential OTK card if your opponent controls 1 or 2 monsters. This almost works like Malevolent Sin since it lets you direct attack if your opponent only controls 1 monster. With the use of the skill, Cipher Dragon can become 4000 ATK so you can OTK pretty easily. The skill can only be used once per duel, so you can only attempt to do this once.

A searcher for the deck, but not reliable on its own due to low ATK. It needs to be special summoned from Anchor Drill's effect, Magical Hound, or Monster Reborn. With Harvester's effect, there aren't better cards to search for other than Drill to help set up for next turn again.
Gold and Silver pretty much have the same effect, while the colored ones are similar in a sense that they can search each other.
Gold and Silver are the starter cards since they can essentially be treated as a 1 card XYZ. Just keep in mind that they can only activate 1 of their effects per turn. If you think your opponent will destroy them during the turn you summon them, don't activate their first effect so you can float into another Silver/Gold.

This can be a pretty easy special summon if your opponent starts the duel with a field spell skill. But you still need to pair this with either Drill or Harvester in order to Xyz, which only leads to Zenmaioh.

Simply a level 4 machine as a filler to the deck. It can't search for another copy of itself so you don't have to worry about not being able to set cards when using it.
It has an effect to prevent your opponent's monster effects when Wyvern attacks, which can be situationally useful since you can use something like Book of Moon or Treacherous when Wyvern declares an attack and your opponent won't be able to respond with a monster effect.

A nice card to have for when you deal with opponents that rely on a lot of backrows. But since this doesn't activate on summon, this mostly just ends up forcing your opponent's backrow.
Can be Xyz Summon using Cipher Dragon. Good for Face-up Card Destruction which is good for Monster Removal and Face-Up Backrow Removal for sometimes.

Pretty good as a turn 1 card to have a form of control. The effect damage is reduced in Duel Links so it's not an effective burn card, but this can help disable players using "Grit" skill.

Sanaphond is another powerful Rank-8 you can make. The detach effect is also very powerful, doubling as both protection and graveyard control.

Has a non-targeting monster removal and a piercing effect on a monster with high ATK. Since this can only be special summoned by ranking up from Exa-Beetle, this will only have 1 use, so you'll have to carefully choose when to use it.
This is oftentimes the first monster you want to focus on if you can make a rank 6 since it can help disrupt your opponent and potentially protects your monsters.
