Stardust Synchro monsters have a bunch of support. Stardust Re-Spark and Necroid Synchro can summon them from the extra deck, Stardust Shimmer and Stardust Flash for revival, and Cosmic Flare and Shooting Star as removal options.
Toon decks rely on having Toon World/Toon Kingdom on the field to function properly. Stardust Spark Dragon can protect Toon World/Toon Kingdom from removal while also being a decent beater.
Stardust Spark Dragon can prevent your monsters from destroying themselves. Stardust Dragon can use his effect to protect a monster and then you can target that same monster with Scrap Dragon’s effect. You can also use Stardust Spark Dragon to protect an important card from a field wipe effect like Black Rose Dragon.
