Can be used with the Yusei's Bond skill. The monster you send to the graveyard to trigger his skill can be revived with this card.
You can send either a Stardust or a Crystal Wing with the skill to get 2 extra monsters, and then revive either Stardust or Crystal.

Make sure it's a proper synchro summon, and not just called as a "special summon".

is this card just for stardust dragon related ? cause i cant special summon dragon synchro in graveyard, in this case i cant special summon black rose dragon

.....BRD is a Dragon-Type. Perhaps don't try to call yourself Yusei if you don't even know anything about the Signer Dragons.

As for the question, do you have other monsters in your Graveyard you can remove, whose total level is exactly 7? It cannot be more, so you can't remove a level 4 and another level 4, since the total would be 8 while BRD is level 7.

Does anyone know how to send a Synchro monster like Stardust Dragon straight to the graveyard, from the extra deck instead of the field.

I guess we have to wait for Gale Dogra to come out in Duel Links, since he is the only chance for us to send any Extra Deck monsters, by paying 3000 Life Points (LP).

The issue is, anything sent via Gale Dogra becomes completely unusable for the rest of the duel.

This is because Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, and Link monsters must first be Special Summoned properly first before they can be revived from the Graveyard.

That means, the Stardust Dragon you sent to the Graveyard via Gale Dogra cannot be revived by Stardust Shimmer.

Thanks for the heads up; I sent stardust to the grave via cyberdark claws effect and couldn't get him back with stardust shimmer
