There’s much better options for high attack monsters that want there effects negated

Such as? I think this one has the highest ATK for a Level 4 monster who wants its effects negated, so there's not much better option to use.

Nope, just tested with Paradox Bros's no effect condition. Both the inability to attack the turn summoned and destroying itself when there's no spell counters occured. I think No Effect is only for effects you can actively control, while this is an uncontrollable passive one.
