If you try to revive a Stardust that wasn't summoned properly, of course this card won't work.

"The right way" isn't just summoning it from extra deck.

Starlight Road for example, summons Stardust from extra deck, but it's a regular special summon, not a proper synchro summon.

You need to actually Synchro Summon it properly first before it can be revived by Stardust Flash.

Stardust Flash?

I am using the effect of cyberdark claw to send stardust dragon from my extra deck to the graveyard. Stardust flash will not activate to revive my stardust dragon. Summoning conditions prior to using this trap card should not matter, considering the card text does not mention anything related to this matter. Why is this combo not working? Konami... please fix this or provide an explanation to why this is not working.

Extra deck monsters, which are not summoned properly with their actual summoning method, cannot be summoned by other card effects later.

I agree. Even stardust phantom doesn’t work unless you properly summon stardust dragon by synchro summoning him first. I do think this needs to either be fixed or change the cards stating that stardust dragon needs to be synchro summoned for the card effect to work

Heck you can’t even re-summon him from the graveyard after you use his effect if you haven’t synchro summoner but special summoned him some other way like with stardust re-spark which funny enough is a stardust dragon card but it’s not compatible like that. It needs to be fixed if it’s a bug or a glitch or clarified if it’s supposed to be like that

Extra deck monster that wasn't summoned properly ( ex: fusion monster not fusion summoned, unless the card said so ) can't be re-summoned in any condition.

Its not a glitch, but a basic ruling

according to tcg this card only works IF stardust dragon activate it's effect- it just revives your dragon before the end phase

I don't know why you think that, but that isn't even remotely correct. (Heck, you can see the TCG text on the image on this page.) As long as Stardust Dragon was properly Summoned, Flash can revive it. (Also, Stardust Dragon isn't the only "Stardust" monster, though we lack any others. I guess you could use Exchange or something to give Yusei it and watch him revive a Stardust Charge Warrior...)
