When an opponent's Special Summoned monster declares a direct attack, if its ATK is greater than or equal to your LP: Negate the attack, and if you do, draw 1 card, then you can Special Summon 1 "Stardust" monster from your Extra Deck or Graveyard. You can only activate 1 "Stardust Re-Spark" per turn.

Haven't played the archetype in he tcg but it looks like a very powerful card.

However, it requires battle phase... so it may not survive lol

I just use stardust spark dragon then use its effect that prevents atleast 2 atks

If you summon "Stardust dragon" using this card, then you tribute Stardust using its own effect, will "Stardust dragon" be able to special summon itself from the graveyard ?

If you SS Stardust from your Extra Deck with this card, then it cannot revive itself after using its effect, as it was never properly Summoned.

This card only Special Summons Stardust, and the Special Summon is not treated as a Synchro Summon.

To revive an Extra Deck monster from the Graveyard, it has to be already properly Summoned first.

Not bad, definitely interesting.

Card is good but seems broken in-game, Multiple times I activated it with the Stardust Dragon in the GY and it didn't summon him, got the +1 though. Good for summoning him but doesnt seem to work as intended, maybe there's some strange ruling I don't know

As the card text stated, it only activates when it follows these rules:

1. A monster declares direct attack
2. Has ATK equal or higher than your LP
3. The said monster is a SPECIAL SUMMONED monster

Mostly its the 3rd rule that's tricky. Special Summoned monster here can be said to be monster summoned from Extra Deck or by other special rules, so it doesn't include Normal Summon or Tribute Summon

Also, if you want to summon Stardust Dragon from the GY, it has to be Synchro Summoned first from the Extra deck. If it was special summoned another way from the extra deck, it's not properly summoned and you cannot revive it.

Okay, i for some reason if opponent declare attack with my monster (steal by E-Con) i can still activate this card but no atk negation and summon, just want to make sure its part of the ruling or glitch

The fact that you could've activated it may have been a glitch. Maybe the monster he stole (your monster) wasn't special summoned or maybe the monster that declared an attack has to originally be owned by your opponent

Umm,the monster my opponent stole is clearly a synchro monster (which i should have mentioned) after a discussion with a friend of mine, we assume that its a glitch
