You can only activate 1 "Stardust Re-Spark" per turn.

Not really, every meta deck that relies on special summoning (Masked, Amazon, Fur hire) either has some way of negating this (Like sage, or banishing it via onslaught) or can just beat over it/ignore it (Anki and Donpa with beatdown)
