Syrus Truesdale is a main character from the YuGiOh GX series. He is the brother of Zane Truesdale and similarly uses a machine themed deck. Throughout the series we can see his ranking in Duel Academy rise, as he goes from the Slifer Red dorm to Ra Yellow and finally to the Obelisk Blue Dorm, all the while remaining as one of Jaden's closest friends.
Syrus uses a Vehicroid deck, consisting of Machine-type monsters that are based on Vehicles. Although the effects of these monsters vary and there is no coherent strategy among them, they are able to support each other and fusion summon into bigger more powerful Vehicroids.
