NOTES

The GameA Tier List is primarily based on King of Games decks submitted by users and performance in Tournament.

Tier list

Decks in Tier 1 and 2 are ones that are known to have achieved good success against other decks/players.

Meta decks

Meta decks are decks that are often commonly used by players in PvP. Meta decks will often change depending on newer cards or strategies, so we will keep updating this page often to keep everyone informed of newer decks.

Tier 0

Tier 0 decks are decks that completely dominate a meta and you either play the same deck or a deck that completely counters it (but loses to almost any other deck).

There are currently no Tier 0 decks

Tier 1

These decks are very well rounded. They have ways to deal with almost every deck and have very few weaknesses themselves.

I have no idea why Superheavy Samurai deck is not in tier 3 list? With this deck i win nine from ten duels against Lunalight and i often manage to win against other decks from this tier.

It performs very bad against strong backrow decks, almost every competitive deck has 6 traps/spells with disruptive effects, thicc samurais have nothing to do against them.

Lunalight is the best choice I think. You need to open only one box to make it viable.

Stall always needed expensive backrow to do well. And we are way past the hayday of stall when we had ojama go, destiny draw and extra extra with no limit. Also the best version of stall right now uses ritual beasts.

Cyber dragon is 2 run through of future horizon, 1 run through of cybernetic rebellion and 2-3 cosmic cyclones. Not bad if you have cosmic lying around, otherwise not cheap.

You do not have to go for the most optimized/expensive stalls. The casual zero gems zero money stalls are good enough. You just need a few cards that Legendary duelists/PvE drop and you are good to go. Most stalls are so different from one another that you cannot always be prepared for them all. Just make an Original stall and even losing will be fun when you will feel your opponent's frustration.

Hey :) got a question and maybe someone could help me. I want to play Ritual Beasts but how does RB have some outs against Cocytus (besides Plasma), Cyberdragons, Lunalights (besides Plasma), Blackwings and Desperado Barrel Dragon? One Lunalight monster and Cocytus can’t be targeted, Cydras trap and Barrel Dragon does not target and Blackwings can spam the whole board easily. How can Ritual Beasts play around that?

Ulti-Pettlephin. Immune to effect destruction. Was originally considered bad due to being a slightly lesser cocytus. Quite good.

They have problems dealing with it. That's why they always run stuff like plasma, lava golem and/or herald of the abyss.

My app not opening keeps showing no network detected and my connection and all other apps are fine with my connection I'm at india and I've seen people having this problem on Android I want refund / gems and it's happening for 2 days can't login

i like this tier list more than the duel links meta one. id only put heroes in tier 2 and elementsabers in tier 1. DLM only has crystrons in tier 1 which makes no 🔥ing sense since neos and shiranuis are everywhere

DLM's tournaments are a good sample size and indication as to what the best decks are for competitive play. If you have the opportunity to play for money say $1600 like in their last tourney, you gonna go in with a blue eyes deck against any of the decks listed on DLM's tier list and feel confident you've got a chance?

There's a language barrier, but I'd also pay attention to the Japanese Meta, it's mostly the same as here, but there are regional differences, and Japanese have won the last 2 worlds, so I'd say they have it more figured out than us in the west.

Most Tier Lists are based on popularity and not on efficiency. That's the main problem with Tier lists.

And where can I find the Japanese Tier List?

In the end, they fix the tier list. Crystron is tier 1 as expected, which mean you guys are wrong.

Play a dragunity, and then face any other meta.
Without trunade or CC during your 1st turn, you are pretty much screwed. You cant even add dragunity winged beast without gae Dearg, which requires a winged beast in the first place.
Kinda weird for a meta standard that has lot of weakness and dependencies.

What about 3 mask change in a row that can counter every Spell/Trap/Monsters Effects?

Assuming Aleister doesn't get hit by the next banlist (which as it seems will certainly happen) is the best choise. Splashable, overpowered by its own. Blackwings are good deck but you need to invest A LOT of gems going through 3 main boxes for you main cards.
