Updated Information

Tier List [Mar 15]

Mekk-Knight and Salamangreat Code Talker are demoted as a Tier 3 Decklist.
Burning Abyss, Madolche, and Rose Dragon are removed from the Tier List.
Crusadia and Rokket/Borrel are removed from the High-Potential List.

NOTES

The GameA Tier List is primarily based on King of Games decks submitted by users and performance in Tournament.

Tier list

Decks in Tier 1 and 2 are ones that are known to have achieved good success against other decks/players.

Meta decks

Meta decks are decks that are often commonly used by players in PvP. Meta decks will often change depending on newer cards or strategies, so we will keep updating this page often to keep everyone informed of newer decks.

Tier 0

Tier 0 decks are decks that completely dominate a meta and you either play the same deck or a deck that completely counters it (but loses to almost any other deck).

There are currently no Tier 0 decks

Tier 1

These decks are very well rounded. They have ways to deal with almost every deck and have very few weaknesses themselves.

People wanna say AG is tier 0 but mostl of them are 🔥ty decks that try to cheese reactor dragon as soon as possible and has no defense against monsters with more than 3k attack.

ag broken? aye lmao ... i'll admit it's a decent and incredibly cheap deck but come on broken? i mean i had a higher opinion of it before facing it 3 times in a row yesterday and getting 3 rather easy wins

I admit that it's a pretty aggressive deck to deal with, but Tier 0 is too much for AG. I win most of the time with koaki meiru + cosmic cyclone (the last gamble version)

Gemini is very expensive. The only free to access card is supervise.

Competitive gemini deck has many different builds. Some of the example cards:

gemini spark
Dark valkyria
Evocator chevalier
Heavy knight of flame
Tuned magician
Black brutdrago
Galaxy cyclone

I use fur hires and i win almost half the games especially when i summon wiz even if i go first

So, so...
I played with koaki's (with 2 diamond core only)and against them. To be honest, koaki's deck is extremely powerful BUT under some conditions: play second, begin with at least 1 diamond core, 1 Urknight/Iron core, and not playing against long standing/stall deck. For example: I win almost all the time against koaki's with Yubel deck out version. Especially because the maintenance cost.

if you have spellbooks silent magician is a good choice you won't regret but for now AG structure deck is the best for value, you really don't need to open boxes just to play it, you may want to get 2 or 3 unending nightmares tho

Karakuri rely on the spell cards especially the one that let's them draw so I could summon SM or even SS and that would make it hard for my opponent to deal with. They can turn the game around but it would be hard so they do have some weaknesses.

if we're talking bo1 no side deck (the pvp format), then hell no, not tier 1 at all. i finally got all the core cards(except 1 armades) and i tried it 2 days ago, only thing it did was derank me from plat 4 all the way to plat 2 with W-L of 3-8 at which point i switched to vamps and got to legend within 18 wins from plat 2(going 18-3)

however for bo3 side-deck format(tournaments), their strong drawing capabilities allow them to easily draw in to side deck cards like poisonous winds or unending nightmare(to counter koa'ki and vamps respectively) which makes them the best and most used deck in a competitive setting

If you don't want to spent a single cent in the game. Then Reach King of Games the last day of the month with almost any deck you want.

I have a friend who has at least the necessary skill to play, reach kog and upload videos; maybe I just need to tell him to make one so we can prove how wrong you are once again.

haha, I mean... why not replying?
take out montage, take out ice dragon. Play 3 ancient rules, they are free to obtain.

Dragons besides blue eyes are not good in a BEWD, unless you play 3 Arkbrave + The Grass is greener in a 30 card deck. Which would make the deck highly complex and way more expensive ^^. So blue eyes alone is cool.
