All the spirits have different uses, and it's important to know when to use which.
Crane is probably the monster that you will usually try to start out.
If you opponent starts out by summoning a high attack monster before you get your power spot, you can use Susa soldier to destroy them.
This card can be really good when your opponent starts summoning a lot of monsters and you have a power spot. With 2300 attack
|A spirit monster that you can use if you are lacking some of the other monsters. It can work as a suprise by using Susa Soldier and making its attack to 2000.|
|This card can be useful for destroying a monster that you can't handle, it also removes the downside of mystic box since spirit monsters return back to your hand.|
Makiu, the Magical Mist
|Since susa soldier is quite important here and used often, you can use makiu to destroy multiple enemies. With Shinobird power spot, Susa soldier's attack is 2500, elminating most 4 stars or lower monster, exlcuding Gardna, as well as other 5-6 star monsters.|
|This card can be good when used together with cards like inaba rabbit, you can ignore all enemies your opponent puts to the field and attack directly while also sending their monster back.|
Release Restraint Wave
|If you equip a spirit monster with mirror of yata, and that spirit monster survives for a turn, even if the mirror is destroyed, the spirit monster will not return to the hand due to the card's effect. This makes release restraint a good option if your spirit monster survives for at least a turn after being equipped with a mirror.|
The Fiend Megacyber
|While not really a spirit monster, there will often be times where your opponent will summon more monsters than you. This card can take advantage of that situation.|
|Similar to megacyber, this card will let your opponent destroy their monsters to match your number in case they summon more than 1.|
|Can be used to retrieve any spirit monster form your grave.|
|Discards your opponent's entire hand when he inflicts damage.|
|Allows you to draw cards until you have 5 in your hand.|
|Clear opponent's spell/trap zone when summoned.|
|Heals you since you will be receiving a lot of direct attacks.|
Aegis of Gaia
|Heals you 3000 LP but be careful not to let it get destroyed since you will receive damage.|
Mirror of Yata
|Allows your spirit monsters to stay on the field after the end phase, also protects the equipped monster from being destroyed by destroying itself.|
