All the spirits have different uses, and it's important to know when to use which.
Crane is probably the monster that you will usually try to start out.
If you opponent starts out by summoning a high attack monster before you get your power spot, you can use Susa soldier to destroy them.
This card can be really good when your opponent starts summoning a lot of monsters and you have a power spot. With 2300 attack
Returning of monsters
The main weakness of spirit monster playstyle is its effect of returning back to your hand. You can use The Golden Apples to cover its weakness. It can be hoever quite obvious when you have a set spell/trap card and no monsters on the field, and Sergeant Electro are not that rare in PvP.
Since susa soldier is quite important here and used often, you can use makiu to destroy multiple enemies. With Shinobird power spot, Susa soldier's attack is 2500, elminating most 4 stars or lower monster, exlcuding Gardna, as well as other 5-6 star monsters.
If you equip a spirit monster with mirror of yata, and that spirit monster survives for a turn, even if the mirror is destroyed, the spirit monster will not return to the hand due to the card's effect. This makes release restraint a good option if your spirit monster survives for at least a turn after being equipped with a mirror.
Can someone please give me a good deck involving some of the better cards in this deck? I've built this deck so I have all the cards but when I used it I didn't find all the cards useful and struggled with it a bit which is why I'm asking someone to perhaps show me a variation of it.
I used Unhappy Girl with Téa, added BES Big Core, and White Horned Dragon, and the deck works perfectly. Unhappy Girl can stall very well and serves as tribute when she starts to make you take too much damage
Another way to run the deck that I definitely recommend is if you have Pegasus unlocked, play as Yami and run Relinquished and his ritual spell with Yami's Sorcery Conduit. Shinobird Power Spot gets you the spell and Conduit gets you the monster.
I love how spirit monsters play but am struggling to find the right deck and I seem to keep getting field jammed with spell and traps. Like if your opponent keeps playing traps like windstorm or mirror I get to use jammer but then after they will almost wipe me anyone have deck suggestions
