Here are some of the monsters you can revive with Stardust Assault Warrior’s effect. Since the only Restriction is that they are a Junk monster, you can even use this effect to revive a powerful Junk Synchro monster.
You can revive Junk Tuner monsters and use it with Stardust Assault Warrior to Synchro summon into a higher level monster. Junk Synchron and Stardust Assault Warrior summons a level-9 Synchro monster like Giganticastle. Junk Anchor and Stardust Assault Warrior summons a level-8 Synchro monster which could be a lot of thing like Stardust Dragon, Angel of Zera, Avenging Knight Parshath, etc.
Since Stardust Assault Warrior does not have a very good attack himself use these cards to change your opponent to the battle position with the weaker stat. Stardust Assault Warrior would still be able to inflict battle damage because of his pierce effect.
