This page shows cards that are obtainable by defeating standard duelists, useful in a lot of farming and PVP decks.

1. Spell Purification

This can serve as a cheaper alternative to cards like Twister or Wild Tornado. It's useful to farm certain LDs, specifically against characters Pegasus with his Toon World, Bakura Ectoplasmer, and potentially more in the future.

2. Cup of Ace

Cup of Ace

A risky card to use if you want to get more draws, but it works immedialy compared to either jar or shards of greed. This is useful in some decks where it can be beneficial whichever one it lands on like a deck destruction deck, or using Joey's skill "Luck on Your Side" to always get heads.

3. Abyssal Designator

Abyssal Designator

When going against some LDs, there are certain cards like Joey's Time Wizard, Kaiba's D.D. Warrior, or Yugi Muto's Gandora the Dragon of Destruction that can screw up your farming runs. This can target a specific card so the farm goes more smoothly. This also lowers your LP so you can adjust and get low LP score bonuses.

4. Jade Insect Whistle

Jade Insect Whistle

Very useful, specifically in weevil parasite burn decks. By using Weevil's skill "Parasite Infestation", you can use the whistle to force them to draw an insect card. If they don't have any insect monsters in their deck, they will be forced to choose Parasite Paracide, essentially preventing them from drawing a new card as well as damaging them by 1,000 LP.

5. Mooyan Curry

Mooyan Curry

A healing card that's more flexible compared to the other ones. This card can be used to heal your opponent so they have more LP than you, this can get you an easy "Comeback Victory" bonus. It's also useful to control your LP so you can reach 100 LP for the score bonus much easier.

6. Blue Medicine

Blue Medicine

A stronger heal card compared to mooyan curry. A free an easy to obtain compared to some of the other heal cards, and also useful to control your LP due to its low amount.

Mooyan Curry is actually good if you're trying to farm for "comeback victory" and "no lifepoints lost"

.....no, even if you recover your LP back up beyond 4000, if you lost LP once in the duel, you're not getting the "no LP lost" assessment.

Yea but SD drops are traaaaashy. If you can find a HINT of utility in an SD drop, then it's worthy for the list.

Although cup of ace is very rare drop I do use it in several decks. Definitely prefer it to shard or jar of greed when you add in second coin toss.

Mooyan curry actually good in cereberus farm deck, because you can either heal to adjust life points, or heal the enemy and still get that spell counter

Basically, you've never used this card before. Spell counter and manipulation of life points to 100 is the asset here.

Spell Purification is #1? Maybe it has potential later on but PvP is flooded with HHG and Relinquished that use 0 continuous spells so it's not really useful there. Plus a discard when draw power is so low in this format is extremely costly.

I agree with the other cards on this list, but Spell Purification shouldn't be here probably at all.

Back then the only thing that can safely destroy toon world without triggering judgement of anubis was spell purification, so it was useful
