For some reason this card will not activate if I only have 1 or 0 cards in my deck.

Magical Mallet can be activated if you have 0 cards in your deck, so this should be able to activate under that circumstance.

it probably has something to do with this card being able to return Extra Deck monsters to the Extra Deck (which means your Main Deck will remain empty, so the draw part cannot resolve)

Magical Mallet works because the amount of cards isn't fixed.

This. But the main problem with this card is, that you can target extra deck monsters. So it's possible that you would target 3 extra deck monsters and then you wouldn't be able to draw 2 cards anymore. This makes it impossible to activate when your deck has less than 2 cards.

*NOTE : yeah of course i've 3 diff type and use it at first action but it always not active when u have 1 card left in deck

For some reason this card won't let me activate only set. I have 4 monster in my graveyard. Throne room, exodia, merchant, and some other monster I forgot. What does mean 3 different types? Like earth, light, and fire or spell caster, machine, fiend or normal, effect?

It means like Dragon, Fiend, and Spellcaster, like the multiple Spellcasters that seemed to be in your grave at the time.

It is at the start of your main phase, before you activate a card, like setting this one. Set then use next turn.

Regarding the above comment Daemon, i'm not entirely sure it is solely based on whether the monsters are dragon, spell caster, etc. In last game I played which lead me to coming here. I had several monsters of both different types, but same elements and it wouldn't activate. For example in a Happy Girl deck, with HG(spellcaster light), Rai-mei (thunder light), Fiend Megacyber (Warrior Dark) and...

Those are still 3 different Types of monsters, so of it triggered. However, it must be asked: Are you guys using the card at the BEGINNING of your turn or after some combo? Because it does say it must be the first card you play in a turn to be activated...
