I used Kaiba with Beatdown for this deck, and did alot of tweaking over time. I ended up with this, which is centered around using the effects of insight, wyvern, gozuki and red eyes spirit to summon REBD while maintaining a strong back row.
The addition of Masked Ninja Ebisu and FGH creates additional synergy for ninja decks. MNE can clear the back row and even removed Toon Kingdom. While FGH can combo with Red Dragon Ninja. This deck is adaptable to situations against most decks (REZD; Control; Toon; Lava Burn, Ice Barrier). The one deck that gave me trouble was Mako’s Mystic depth as the fire ninja’s are weakened. Enjoy!
Just got to King of Games for the first time with a new Horus Deck of my own design! General strategy is to lock down the opponent with a combo of Horus and Mirage Dragon. Because of Horus lvl 6's effect, Mystic Box provides the most efficient monster removal currently in the game. Lvl 8 is obviously a game breaker when summoned, especially with an established back row and Miracle Dragon on the field. The mirror walls and metalmorphs are there as defense for everyone, and as a means to summon Horus lvl 6 from lvl 4.
I came to king of games with a deck with 30 cards, basically there are two ways to win the duel, with the lava effect golem or win by deckout, I try to keep the LP high and use the ability to draw target to use the card more appropriate at the time. I use the Celtic guardian to protect me from strong monsters, and stone soldier to protect from weak monsters, innaba rabbit serves to counter attack players from TEA or WEEVIL. players do not know against attacking the deck.
Summon silent magician lv 8 as soon as possible with level up, if didn't get the material at starting hand, find it with crystal seer.
Use halfshut and super rush headlong to defend SM lv 8 from etaqua/sphere kuriboh.
i get some brick hand in some duels but the comeback is great when you pull the right cards especially when i get hazy and the field and bring out red dragon ninja and horus
I climbed from plat 1 to KoG with this. It can get over any deck out there even red eyes. It's very consistent, it's very difficult to brick in a way that makes the game unwinnable due to its balance and all the healing options. This deck does not work with out destiny draw. You start the combo by getting out a mausoleum (use planet pathfinder to pick one up if you have to) then summon invader of darkness preferably and end turn. IoD acts as a body guard since he is a 2900 beater and your opponent can't activate quick play spells so no econ take, no OTC, no SRH etc. Then you activate destiny draw and pick up TBD or a supremacy if you already have TBD. Heal and summon TBD since you're very safe with IoD. Then decide if you want to use TBDs effect be warned counter traps such as Ultimate Providence and Champions Vigilance will destroy TBD. Then end turn. Next turn pick up toon kingdom with destiny draw and play it. It's at this point most people surrender because now you just keep using TBD ls effect and attacking directly until you win all while IoD is a body guard who only my attacks if it's absolutely vital he does.
Special Summon REBD as fast as i can, and then i just negate any cards my opponent try to use / activate with CV & ultimate providence.
i also put 1 jar of avariece inside the deck to prevent Deck out or just recycling my trap cards
What's up man just hit KoG for my 3rd time. Second season in a row running red eyes balance; same deck as last season. Be patient with your CVs and providence. Only way to get over 2400 monsters are tribute to the doom MW and champions vig. So play careful with support I had a higher win rate when I went first. Thanks and good luck!
Made it from Gold 4 all the way to KOG with Ice Barrier deck. Used only this deck and my advice would be to kill the monster with Magic Triangle of the Ice Barrier and always attack even if the person has a back row.
There's a lot of ways to run the Phoenix deck. Some people used more sphere koriboh or high tide, however because platinum and legend duels are so competitive with other Phoenix decks, REBD, Ice barrier & Toon decks tryna take you out in just one or two turns, this combination worked BEST with getting one - two sacred pheonix out in the first 2 turns. Yugioh players know ur not always gonna get good hands, in my duels.it was enemy controller & superhead that made a difference over a sphere koriboh or a high tide that could just be a dead draw. I run 3 cards of the soul instead of two just to boost my chance of getting the Phoenix combo right away.
Hello, sending you my deck that helped me reach KoG. Legend is full of Phoenix, REBD, and control. Mill has been my deck of choice to rank up but I've had serious difficulties and bad luck running into toons lately. With the addition of Floodgate, this deck can help lock down a monster zone and deal with huge threats. Book of Taiyou needs to be saved For the finishing blow and used as a last resort if you know your opponent has a tribute to the doomed in their hand
Similar to other balance deck but added caninetaur to have a stronger beater and thin the deck faster.Etaqua, anubis and divine wrath added to counter horus, silent magician and Phoenix.
My IGN is lastofthsbes. I reached KOG tonight basically using a mixture of red eyes decks mostly and a mako deck. Once I get to legend 3 and going back and forth I finally gave in and made a weevil deck.
