  The idea is to use Exemplar's effect to revive/summon spellcasters or otherwise summon a Cerberus then use spells to increase spell counters and/or defend oneself. Since they can be revived, extra spellcasters can be used to attack more safely or as tribute for econ, ttd, wonder wand, wrath (not a spell but counters many decks), etc.

  This is a slower variant of Ice Barriers that gives you a better opening going first by summoning Samurai or setting Blizzard. This is usually a safer opening and will allow you to draw into other cards in your deck. On my way to KoG there were lots of decks running Sphere Kuriboh, so using Triangle to summon Gantala is preferred as it has higher defense and can revive an Ice Barrier in grave on your End phase.

  The 2 Brain research Lab is important to swarm the field to clean it and OTK.
  The ability is Destiny draw to choose the best card depending of the situation. It's easy to trigger it if you use the Overdrive teleporter's effect or Destructotron's to destroy 2 face-down cards.

  I'm playing with Kaiba's Beatdown in order to beat Phoenix and Naturia Matchup.
  I always control enemy field and watching enemy moves with Gozuki/Goblin + Econs and i use my only Spirit to OTK my opponent.

  I didn't add the Brain Lab card till legend rank but once I tried it out it was always sweet, sets up great plays with destructotron and allowed you two play him first, wipe field, and then special summon a beater.

  AMA is a great tech card against Mill and Toons, since it negates the effect of Toon kingdom and Mill's Backrow, it's also pretty useful in other common matchups like Phoenix and Mako.

  Added xing zhen hu to counter red eyes zombie and control decks...Has alredy a "natural" match-up against phoenix.
  Magic drain counters eventual enemy controller on kaibaman.

  Your main objective is to have Tribute to the Doomed in your hand to destroy a monster and Fabled Lurrie in your hand so that you can special summon this monster right after Tribute to the Doomed's effect resolves. Then you can Tribute summon your powerful effect Monsters and control the board.

  Optimal open is Serene Psychic Witch, Enemy Controller, Borg, and Psychokinesis. Set witch use her to search Psychotron clear the back row, sac Psychotron with E-con to take their guy, summon Borg use ability swing for game.

  first time reaching KOG, after 135 day of playing duel link. toon deck, know your enemy. if you think enemy have something to do with the toon field, wait for magic reflector, ok to take some damage first

  I've reached king of games in no time from plat 1. I only lost 3 games in Legend using this deck and all were against 2 Toon Kingdom deck and 1 Mill deck.
  You can also see that I got to KOG without even finishing the 100 cumulative wins.

Altough I didn't use the Deck to reach King of Games, I built the Deck to get my remaining 45 victories to reach 100 wins in the new ranked reward system (1x glossy SR). Even tough it was meant to be a "Fun" Deck, it proved quite powerful in this current meta with fast summoning possibilities, with a more than decent winrate.
