Overview

Pros

Turn-1 Angel O7 with synergy from Court of Justice and Freya, Spirit of Victory. Get a 2500 + 500 ATK monster in one turn.
Able to draw for a better hand with Cards from the Sky.
Able to trade monsters with Mystical Shine Ball and Order to Charge. Dunames Dark Witch is added for flexibility as it is a normal, fairy monster.

Cons

Starting hand may not always be in your favor despite having the 'Balance' skill.
Fairly weak against decks that uses normal monsters. For example, the Rex Raptor decks.
Blast Held by Tribute destroys this deck.

Note: Other characters can acquire the "Balance" skill. Legendary Duelists drop it.

How to use the deck

Summoning Angel O7

The key card for this deck is Angel O7. There are 2 ways in which Angel O7 can be summoned:

Summon Freya, Spirit of Victory and special summon Angel O7 from your hand by activating Court of Justice. However, Angel O7 will not be able to negate effect monsters this way.
Summon The Agent of Creation - Venus and special summon 2 Mystical Shine Ball. 1 monster is expected to be destroyed so the remaining 2 can be used for tribute summoning Angel O7 during your next turn.
Limit Impulse or Soul Exchange can be used instead of Court of Justice to safely summon Angel O7.

Useful cards

Card	Explanation
Limit Impulse	A handy trap card, easy to use and very reliable in order to fast summon ANGEL 07.
Enemy Controller	A very versatile card with two great effects. Can be used defensively and offensively.
Sphere Kuriboh	This card is the most flexible card that can fit in each and every deck.
Cost Down	Useful to fast summon your tribute monster ANGEL 07.
Soul Exchange	A great card, can remove one monster on your opponents side of the field plus summoning a high starred monster.
Kaiser Sea Horse	A great 4-starred monster that can be used as two tribute when summoning ANGEL 07.

[Switcheroo] Return 1 card in your hand to your Deck and draw another. The skill can only be used once per turn and twice per Duel.	Keith

This proves these "Decks" are all theory crafted and not actually built. Whoever created this deck has no idea wtf they are doing along with numerous other decks on this website.

You need to tribute summon angel 07 to have it gain its effect. Summoning it with CoJ won't work.

Of course you can add /Subtract cards for it to whatever you like.. Such as Gyakutenno Megami, Dunames Dark Witch, Airknight, even Mystical Beast of Serket if you can pull it off. You can the point. This is just a basic build that you can build start with and build around.

no offense but that looks terrible. you have fairies that run on equip cards whilst hving little to no equip cards and you have that level 6 normal monster and you have no strong fairies like moisture creature or angel 07 at all

The fairy deck I discovered and built is way more efficient than this pile of junk. This literally has nothing to fend off Yugi users.

Did it even occur to the creator of this 3rd rate deck that whirlwind prodigy is a Fairy type? Combo with a special summon, you can get Kazejin out in 1/2 turns. Throw in a couple of Rai-min to deck search for Freya, Gyakutenno, Airknights, and 5-6 cards that function outside the build and you have a Platinum/KoG deck.

I wish i could edit this deck and update it with my more efficient alternative.

In this Meta, people don't play Fairy types. I want to show others that you can school tryhards without band wagonning the popular.

Fairies are OP. People just don't know it yet.

They already have that deck built and posted. It's been posted since water pack came out. And btw it has a terrible win rate vs meta decks.

Problem of boss monster decks is order to charge, enemy controller, and even riryoku

This is a really fun deck and I've been playing it for several days now with a decent success rate.

There is one huge problem with it though: Yami Yugi. Specifically his Power of Dark ability that is used by everyone from Rookie to King of Games.

Anyone who plays the ladder knows that 40% of the people you play in Silver-Gold rank are Yami Yugis using Power of Dark. And whether they are noobs or pros, it doesn't matter. You are immediately at a huge disadvantage due to every single one of your cards having 200 reduced attack. It's crippling, especially when all of your opponent monsters are getting boosted the same amount. I've pulled out some wins against them here and there, but for the most part, Yugi's Power of Dark ability is a direct counter to this deck.

If you can put up with struggling everytime you run across one of the billion Yugi players in this game, you should give this deck a shot. It's really fun when you can make it work!

Heres how to counter power of dark: use ishizus power fairy smile everytime you draw a fairy you will heal for 500. Run 1 or 2 copies of burning land in your deck than watch them burn

This deck is pretty weak no high atk monster and lack support cards. The next pack seems like it has one good high fairy attack monster "Dunames the witch" with 1800 atk, the highest level atk monster in the current game, beats out jelly beans by 50 atk.

Since Venus has now come out you can take out Element Valkyrie. Unless you are on a budget.
