A supporting character from the YuGiOh Duel Monsters series and the creator of Dungeon Dice Monsters and an apprentice of Maximillian Pegasus. Duke Devlin is one of the most frequently recurring characters aside from the main cast. In duels he duels with a dice-based deck mirroring his character as the creator of Dungeon Dice monsters.

His ace monster is Orgoth the Relentless which first appeared as a monster in Dungeon Dice Monsters and would then later reappear as a monster Duke often uses in his Duels. Orgoth the Relentless is usually just a beater, but if you are lucky enough to roll double of any number he gains additional effects like, protection, card draw, direct attacking, or all three if you rolled triple. Other cards in Duke's deck either have Dice Roll effects or can compliment other cards with Dice Roll effects.
