As long as they have one, you can. More than one doesn’t change that.

This card is a sleeper card. It’s a level 4 cyber dragon that doesn’t brick if you have an established board, or your opponent has no monsters. It will probably blow up if BES support ever comes to duel links.

It’s being an amazing card even now outside of B.E.S. entirely. Completely generic special summon for rank 4, any deck can use. Can Xyz summon Gear Gigant X for searching. When/if they release B.E.F. Zelos, this will be even more amazing, making B.E.S. shine.
