Labyrinth Builder against Yami Bakura lvl 40

It might be more difficult to use union attack deck if you only have 1 and use spell reclamation since Yami Bakura has 2 Nobleman of Extermination. Array of Revealing Light is used mostly for Storm so it can destroy 3 spell/trap cards Yami Bakura puts down. It's also important to know that you should not summon Vassal in attack position when you have 1 card left if Bakura has Goblin Zombie on the field, because he will attack your Vassal.

If you don't have union attack, using piranha army is still a good alternative. You can change vassal and union attack into piranha and gift of the martyr, but this will give less score since you won't get "effect damage only" bonus. If you want to get 8,000 DA using Piranha, you can sacrifice some draw power to perform either tribute/fusion/ritual summons, but this can increase the risk of failure since this deck relies heavily on getting Dimension Gate as soon as possible.
Note: Don't summon Piranha in attack position when you have 1 card left if Bakura has Goblin Zombie on the field, because he will attack your piranha to deck you out. Just set instead of normal summon.

You won't be able to tribute summon, but using Oz and gift of the martyr is enough to get 10,000 damage. Replace Array of Revealing Light into Fusion Gate. Alternatively, you can use Meteor Dragon for tribute summon, fuse into Meteor B. Dragon, and use Riryoku before gift of the martyr to get over 5,000 attack.
