Simlar Effects

Obnoxious Celtic Guardian and Naturia Dragonfly have similars effect to Sonic Chick but with much higher stats. So the only reason you might choose Sonic Chick over Celtic are for very niche reasons like for its type or level.

Or, you know, it was released in a RL event, so it's not exactly "missing" any more than a card like Skull Knight is.

Also, to get the packs you need to win against Konami staffs in DL, and I don't doubt there will be a bunch of people lining up for the duels. Getting more than 5 packs is going to take time so long, most of them won't bother lining up twice.

So I'm willing to bet there's just extremely few people who got Sonic Chick from that pack, if there's even any.

Getting the packs is also quite a gamble - if you choose the "hard" difficulty you can get 5 packs if you win, but if you lose you'll get none. If you choose "normal" difficulty, you'll get 1 pack if you lose, but if you win you'll only get 2 packs.

So it's hard to maximize your chance to get the card you want.

Either a lower level Yusei or Luna use it at the Gate.

Each card has its own purpose, the 'weak' monsters are very powerful when played in the right way, like Yusei, using Junk Synchron to bring him back from the cemetery, for example, to be able to synchro a better monster.

Except even in the anime, Sonic Chick's effect was useful a grand total of 2 times, despite the card being used in like a dozen duels.

And more often than not, Sonic Chick is only used as Synchro Material.

Do not be ridiculous, he tries to say to stop complaining about this type of cards, not if it is used only for this or that, this game had things that reflected many things in real life, like taking risks, in rookie levels or even silver (for example), you did not know that you had the deck of such a player, you saw many different moves, now you only get into any game and only one in 10

Except it's not a Tuner, and there really aren't any ways to Special Summon it that are unique to it over other cards.
