NOTES

The GameA Tier List is primarily based on King of Games decks submitted by users and performance in Tournament.

Tier list

Decks in Tier 1 and 2 are ones that are known to have achieved good success against other decks/players.

Meta decks

Meta decks are decks that are often commonly used by players in PvP. Meta decks will often change depending on newer cards or strategies, so we will keep updating this page often to keep everyone informed of newer decks.

Tier 0

Tier 0 decks are decks that completely dominate a meta and you either play the same deck or a deck that completely counters it (but loses to almost any other deck).

There are currently no Tier 0 decks

Tier 1

These decks are very well rounded. They have ways to deal with almost every deck and have very few weaknesses themselves.

Congratulations to the one who updated the site now. I agree with Noble Knight Tier 2 on the "KoG Ladder", it is hard countered by Amazoness which is 50% ranked.

I also liked the division: a) Tier List - Tournament b) Tier List - KOG Ladder, because they are very different.

NK really is not the best deck for tournament. Just like Geargia that is very powerful in the ranked.

I also agree with the Tier Tournament.

I’ve reached KOG with Aliens a week ago, so please reconsider. After that I switched to Amazoness, and of course my win ratio has gone up 3 times, but you can still hit KOG with aliens, some luck and persistence.

Aliens are so rarely played that when I do play vses them they are actually decent imo if they recombination device brainsteal it wrecks some decks. Imagine getting a free anki or hermitree.

There is something wrong with this game, in the WCS qualifiers whenever i am about to win the opposing player suddenly stops doing anything and after a short while i'm out of the duel and it counts as a loss . Konami has to fix this . Has anyone else faced this ??

Same here. i have constant Internet connection but in some Duels after a short while after the enemys turn i dc and get a loss

the most annoying is the damn whale with umi and SSA. almost as annoying as amazoness. no matter how much we punch/cut/r*pe/murder/kill they just don't fall and keep coming back !!
even zombies from biohazard (R.E.) knows when to just die or stay down.

And let us have a moment of silence for Gladiator Beasts and Sea Stealth Attack. You were once some of the most feared decks in the meta with every player calling for you crusifiction. Now everyone wipes their asses with those cards.

Everyone say to nerf Sylvan I am not complainning but Sylvan and Amazoness is like the go to deck for f2p player. Masked Hero is way too expensive plus Spellbooks is a bit more expensive as long as you know how to counter them I don't see it to be much of a problem to be honest. Stop the mushroom and milling get your chalice at least that is how to handle them.

Well spellbook and sylvan are quite the same range (budget-expensive) although spellbook tactic are a little harder to break than sylvan

Plus amazoness is way cheaper than those two decks. Because the only hard thing to do is grind mai to max level (assuming that mai rarely use to play with) to have the queen

When can we expect the sylvan nerfs?

Its just dropping cards consistently in the gy, erasing the full board and than killing with a flooded field of monsters.

In what way did they thought this would turn out balanced?

Sylvans aren’t as broken as everyone thinks. It focuses on clearing the field and ending it early by excavating komushroomos and marshalleafs to pop mons and back row but they have to get lucky (or run 2-3 magical merchants). Just learn what each of their effects do, adapt, and you should be fine. Or just run an even more meta deck like amazoness

Sylvan matchups usually mean free win for me as long as I go first or the opponent has no ultimate providence.
Sylvans are just too simple, powerful but simple.
Spellbooks destroy them easily

i think maybe those kind of deck are already outdated? so it is necessary to remove it and i think no one will care about tier 4 deck since ppl are focus on tier 1,2 and 3
