Tier List [Mar 15]

Mekk-Knight and Salamangreat Code Talker are demoted as a Tier 3 Decklist.
Burning Abyss, Madolche, and Rose Dragon are removed from the Tier List.
Crusadia and Rokket/Borrel are removed from the High-Potential List.

NOTES

The GameA Tier List is primarily based on King of Games decks submitted by users and performance in Tournament.

Tier list

Decks in Tier 1 and 2 are ones that are known to have achieved good success against other decks/players.

Meta decks

Meta decks are decks that are often commonly used by players in PvP. Meta decks will often change depending on newer cards or strategies, so we will keep updating this page often to keep everyone informed of newer decks.

Tier 0

Tier 0 decks are decks that completely dominate a meta and you either play the same deck or a deck that completely counters it (but loses to almost any other deck).

There are currently no Tier 0 decks

Tier 1

These decks are very well rounded. They have ways to deal with almost every deck and have very few weaknesses themselves.

Wtf do y’all base this on? Amazon banish control tear 1? I ain’t never dueled anyone who plays this, nor was it a top deck last season on this site. Atleast on DLM they have data to back up their teir list. Man

Some of you guys said u all played metas to be competitive. Why are so many kogs still playing metas at kog ranked? (4/5 are metas) I cannot help but think most of these people are just "meta slaves".

I wonder your opinions, if every monster cards are limited to 1 copy, which archetype will be the most strongest one? Not limited just in this game the produces amount of card is 1 and just for monsters

There should be an option to purchase skills with gems. 250 Gems per skill

silent magician can negate maskCh. if the problem is anti-meta deck, you can try put one copy of witch raider for destroy opponent backrow(maybe you have one copy because it s from the same box from anki) or put another copy of galaxyCyclone (many anti-meta needs backrow) or put another superrush (for that anti-trap monsters). Then, test it in rank and familiarize yourself with your deck.

Regarding the current state of the game:
Well to be honest the recent events gave us relatively more gems than what we used to get for the last 7 months but good decks are more expensive to build now so here's the balace and that's not bad at all, what's the problem then?.
If you look at the current meta and compare it to the meta 3 months ago you won't see much difference, now don't get me wrong! Nerfing and powercreeping aren't appreciated since many players have only 1 or 2 meta decks to compete with, adding an equally strong or relatively less stronger deck than the current meta decks to promote deck diversity even in higher ranks is better, well the thing is we used to have 2 or 3 strong archetypes and 2 or 3 good/fun archetypes from every main boxes but the last 2 or 3 boxes are another story, Boxes now give like 2 or 3 good generic cards, some support to older archetypes, 1 or 2 relatively weak archtypes to compete with (not weak by any definition but relatively weak) and few or no fun decks, I know KONAMI is Doing this to prevent the birth of tier 0 decks but it's already too late, we have many strong OTK decks now so adding equally strong or relatively less stronger but good decks won't ruin the fun anymore.

This is my mere opinion, feel free to share yours as well ^^

How could I improve my meme?
I'm currently at Legend 2 o/ !
pretty sure I can reach kog with it, but I want reach it faster, wont be fun if it takes me to long...

what can I add?
I'm thinking about getting 2 snipe hunter and take out the little egg and the majesty spell. I could try getting 1 Breaker the Magical warrior but the box still has 140 packs and Im running out of gems lol

I'm not sure if you are using beatdown for fun or because it serves this build better but I believe running "A 🔥 up the sleeve" is better if you replace 2 ancient rules with the backrow destruction psychic or psychic ace, replace 1 protector, the 3rd Ancient rules and the egg with 3 canadias, if you insist on using beatdown you may want to add another Cosmo brain or completely cut it out.

Breaker will not be of much value if you are willing to use it in this build with beatdown since the odds of opening with Cosmo brain are pretty low.
Again run a second Brain or completely cut it out of the deck

This is Konami we're talking about, the same company that thinks "late (insert month here)" means the event can start on literally the last day of that month.

I made this deck recently and I'm surprised so powerful. BEWD deck, Masked, Vampires, I all outlived them and they either deck-out or just surrender with 2-5 cards remaining in their deck. Why aren't decks like this tiered or in the meta? It's scary I don't have 3x copies of some of the monsters and it's already this powerful!

The "e" in meta also can stand for "efficient", which usually means you can get things done quickly.

Stall Burn deck's playstyle is nowhere near quick.
