My version :
Gold Sarcophagus is better than Different Dimension Capsule but it's not free.
If you have it, replace the DDC.
The best target for these cards is Amazoness Trainee and Caliburn (500 Hp/turn).

Aromage Rosemary put the opponent cards in defense, then you can destroy it and return to the deck with Trainee to prevent your opponent out of cards.

Summon Wiraqocha (when mausoleum is on the field) by tributing 2 other monsters than Trainee. Beware of his effect (return card in your hand).

Next turn, summon Mist Valley Shaman and return Wiraqocha in your hand.
With Spring of Rebirth on the field you gain 500 Hp.

Next time, summon Wiraqocha with Masoleum and return it to your hand by MVS.

The 2 Heroic Gift are for reboost the HP of your opponent.
The 2 copies of Mask of Remnants are to prevent a out of cards deck (Heroic draw 2 cards).

Only 2 cards to search with gems : Caliburn and Spring of Rebirth.

A modulation of the deck could be totally free but less efficient (perhaps).

Erratum in third paragraph :
Wiraqocha's effect return your card in your deck not your hand. If it's possible put mask of remnants before summoning Wiraqocha.

I think you can also use blacking tamer obsidian hawk Joe to farm this mat cause it's winged beast

FYI, if you don't have Destiny Draw you can also do use Draw Sense: High Level.

It's not quite as good, but it still functions alright.

And if you have two Creators you can churn out the Rascas a bit faster. But you have to remember that you'll run out of hand faster.
