A lot of decks consist of mainly DARK monsters and could benefit from having The Dark Creator as a means of revival. Keep in mind some of these do not always have monsters they want to banish.
You can banish D.D. Scout Plane or D.D. Survivor to revive another DARK monster in your graveyard, you will then be able to retrieve your banished monster.
Use these cards to ease the condition of getting 5 DARK monsters into the graveyard to summon Dark Creator. Try using this in a 30 card DARK deck and use That Grass Looks Greener to mill out enough DARK monsters and special summon The Dark Creator on your first turn. You might also get a few DARK monsters in the graveyard worth reviving.
