When this card is Normal Summoned, select 1 Level 3 or lower Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard and equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the equipped card's ATK. This card can attack your opponent directly. If it attacks using this effect, its ATK is halved during damage calculation only. If this card would be destroyed by battle, the equipped monster is destroyed instead.

Cyberdark Cannon and Cyberdark Claw are great searchers in Cyberdark decks. They discard themselves to activate their search effects which makes them available as equips for other Cyberdark monsters. Additionally if the monster they are equipped to attacks, you get to pitch cards into your graveyard.
Hunter Dragon is the strongest level-3 and lower Dragon-type monster. Making him the strongest thing you can equip to your Cyberdark monsters.
Leng Ling makes the equipped monster's original attack become 1000. Add the boost Cyberdark Edge gets from Leng Ling's attack and his total attack becomes 2500, similar to equipping Hunter Dragon. Leng Ling also has the added effect of letting the equipped monster attack twice per turn.
You can direct attack your opponent twice to offset the halved attack when attacking directly.
Exploder Dragon can destroy your opponent’s monster if that monster attacks into it and destroys it, and no damage will be dealt to you. Since it will be sent to the Graveyard, you can use it to destroy your opponent’s monsters and setup to be equipped to your Cyberdark Edge. Twin-Headed Behemoth is an excellent defense fodder as it can return to the Field with lesser ATK and DEF stats should it be destroyed by battle, therefore you can expect it to be in the Graveyard most of the time, with 1500 ATK stats at your disposal to be equipped to your Cyberdark Edge for immense ATK boost.
Alternatively, you may try to fill your Graveyard with level 3 or lower Dragon-type monsters with these tech cards.
All Cyberdark monsters are Machine-type, therefore they can benefit from the listed Machine-type Support cards.
