Forever. It is a drop skill just like Destiny Draw or Last Gamble.

litrally can find no examples of decks to 🔥 farm for this skill anywhere on the intenet, ffs now i have to just use cybernetic and att with 0 att monsters

That's why you need to use it when you go for game.

No as you only take the damage on the end of the turn you used power bond

That's where you combo it with Rainbow Life and go from 500 LP to like 4000. ;p (But yeah, the idea is that you finish them that turn, which is kinda the point of Power Bond anyway.)
