HERO players? More like HERO collectors, because even HERO players know Stratos won't change a thing. The whale ones already have 3 Stratos since months ago and yet they couldn't dent the meta with their HERO deck.

You obviously know nothing about RNG which can not be rigged. You can't say it's rigged just because some doesn't get an UR within 20 pulls. It's all random. If this is rigged then so are ygo the cards you buy from the store.

Packs are rigged. I had to reset several boxes multiple times to get 3 copies of a certain UR card. Hence, it is rigged.

At this point it's more like Hero collectors. They're only using the deck against NPCs, and against NPCs you don't absolutely need Stratos, so if they are getting Stratos, it's just for collection.
