I use this card in a Dark Magician deck using 2x Magician's Robe as materials or Magician's Robe + Night's End Sorcerer (Lvl2 Tuner for summoning Lvl4 Old Entity Hastorr, Lvl9 Vermillion Dragon Mech or Lvl11 Star Eater). It can be nice for freeing up space when your monster zones are already full and its effect can be useful. Also the "cards with the same name can't be activated" bit may be situationally useful

Not a bad card but slow. Paleozoics may do something "toadally awesome" if they add stronger Rank 2's to the game :V

Effect wise, it's good, yes, but good luck with gathering the material to summon this card in the first place.

There are a few decks that can SS Level 2 monsters but don't have any use for them (e.g. if you use Canadia)

So, it's a nice card if you have enough place in your extra deck.

Maybe it'll see some plays in shira because they have access to it (canadia, spectralsword) and this monster is a zombie type. Anyway, I guess it won't work but who knows.
