Only Hero players will try to pull Stratos, Shining Hope is a different case, Fiendish is a staple which is too good to ignore. Must have minimum 2 in deck. A 3rd copy can wait until the next UR dream ticket.

Floodgate/Canadia will overtake fiendish once xyzs take off, because fiendish leaving the card face up doesn't stop xyz summoning.

HERO players? More like HERO collectors, because even HERO players know Stratos won't change a thing. The whale ones already have 3 Stratos since months ago and yet they couldn't dent the meta with their HERO deck.
