The strengths of this monster is that it can be come very powerful in terms of its ATK, and can be Special Summoned back to the field easily.
Using Powerful Rebirth is a good insurance to bring back this monster to the field if it was destroyed by battle, which can be easily done by your opponent by switching it to defense position.
Call of the Mummy allows you to Special Summon zombie-type monsters, you can potentially swarm your field with multiple zombie-type monsters in a single turn.
