This card's name becomes "Gaia the Dragon Champion" while it is on the field. If this card is Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Spiral Spear Strike" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. When this card declares an attack on an opponent's monster: You can change the battle position of that opponent's monster.

• Great ATK stats and strong DEF stats.
• Adds 1 Spiral Spear Strike from Deck or Graveyard to your hand upon Special Summoning.
• Upon attacking opponent monster, you can choose to change their battle position during Battle Phase.
• Flexible Fusion conditions, you can use any Dragon-type monster as one of the required materials.
• You can use Swift Gaia the Fierce Knight as Fusion material.

• May consume resources and draws to perform Fusion summon.

• You can also use Kidmodo Dragon as a Fusion material from your hand. Once Kidmodo is sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon another Dragon-type from your Hand in addition to your Sky Galloping Gaia the Dragon Champion, but you cannot attack during that turn.
• You can also use tech cards like Powerful Rebirth, if you are using a level 4 Dragon-type monster as Fusion material, to bring back that monster to the Field.

With this card on the Field, Curse of Dragonfire acts as 1 of the Dragon-type monster for the Fusion materials, and you can use another 1 of the monsters on you Field, to Fusion summon Sky Galloping Gaia the Dragon Champion, without using Polymerization. The challenge however, is to summon Curse of Dragonfire out, as it will require 1 monster for a Tribute Summon.

You can use these cards to support your Fusion actions. Fusion Recycling Plant can recycle 1 fusion material monster to your hand, and also search for Polymerization from your deck. King of the Swamp can be treated as 1 fusion material required for Fusion Summon, and at the same time it also can be used to search 1 Polymerization from your Deck. Fusion Sage can search 1 Polymerization from your deck.

Gateway to Chaos is able to add 1 Gaia the Fierce Knight from your Deck to your hand upon activation. Beginning of Heaven and Earth is able to mill out your Deck for Gaia the Fierce Knight to be added to your hand. Spiral Spear Strike is a Spell card that supports the monsters in this archetype to deal piercing damage, additionally for "Gaia the Dragon Champion" monsters, they can draw 2 cards, discard 1 card upon using this piercing effect.

You can use “Swift Gaia the Fierce Knight” as 1 of the Fusion Summon material for Sky Galloping Gaia the Dragon Champion.
