You can Ritual Summon this card with "White Dragon Ritual". At the start of the Damage Step, if this card attacks a face-down Defense Position monster: Destroy that face-down monster. You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your hand or Deck, but "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" cannot attack for the rest of this turn.

Level 4 ritual monster is relatively easy to ritual summon and has 1900 ATK, which is really good value.
Can deal with Yomi Ship, Hane-Hane, and 4-Starred Ladybug of Doom.

Pros

Able to special summon a 3000, 8-star beater by tributing itself.
Able to destroy set monsters without them activating their effects or taking damage.
1900 beater for a level 4 monster.

Cons

Low defense.
Blue-Eyes White Dragon cannot attack on the turn that it is special summoned by its effect.

Tips

If you want to special summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon, you can skip the ritual summoning process by using Ritual Foregone to special summon Paladin of White Dragon and tribute it for Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

My deck basically comes down to this, can my opponent stop a turn 1 Blue Eyes?

I use Pegasus and the Restart Skill so the chances of not being able to have a Blue Eyes on turn one is tiny.

When summoning a second or third Blue-Eyes with the effect of Paladin of White Dragon why can't the other Blue-Eyes attack?

If you're not using Ultimate Dragon, you might as well have 2 Kaiba Men and 2 Blue Eyes White Dragons. I'm trying to get Light Stones for a third Kaiba Man so I can make a Triple Blue Eyes White Dragon Deck.

Easiest method is to use Kaiba Man. Though you can also send Temple of Kings and Mystical Beast of Serket for the same effect. However Blue Eyes will be able to attack, so no need for Burst Stream of Destruction.

Good for farming 30s

I usually use 3 bewd, and one of this guys, i summon the 3 bewd, then use 2 gift of the martyr, bewd gets 9200 attack with mountain, use big bang ray, black pendant and grarl's axe to get 11600, then summon sonic duck to clean any defending card and deal the over 9999 score

You're forgetting about Blast Held by a Tribute.

Honestly my succes rate with this deck is insane, i always end up wiping the board with my blue eyes, and if not my paladins 🔥 🔥 up when i add that 1500 atack power up, its a quick win deck
