anyone know if the card trader has a set rotation? He doesn't seem to have this card anymore. Each time I check in with him I only get the 'Black Luster Soldier - Sacred Soldier" in his inventory ever since they came out with the card. Would like to build a fairy based deck. Or is my timing just been bad perhaps? I try to check in every eight hours for the new set of cards.

No. It's a 2 tribute monster that have no way to be special summoned as for now. Use your UR stones for something else, like 3 copies of Kaibaman. At least you can make decent Blue Eyes deck with that.
